So I've been just chilling ad my hotel room for the past couple of hours just trying to figure out what I will do about Roman. Don't get me wrong, like I think it is good for him to call me and tell me what's up. But why does it always feeling like this is none stop, or he is asking for this to happen? By his story, it appears he could have asked her to go away or not let her in at all.
I call him, not wanting to talk, hoping he doesn't answer. But he does.
"Hey, are you in Los Angeles?"
"Yea. I've been here for a couple of hours."
" Good. And earlier, I didn't mean to make you upset when it came to me leaving this morning, and I thought that telling you about Aliyah would make you happy because it came from me."
"I mean in a way it did because I was like I was happy you were mature enough to let me know, but then I was like why is she even there. You left me this morning tell me you were going to be with your kids, but you were getting close to a girl who is pretty thirsty over you. And there is no denying it. And I want to trust you, but it was not even 10 hours, and you are already getting close to someone."
"I know, and I feel bad. But like I said, nothing happened; I felt awkward with the whole thing. You were not here; the kids were inside. And I know my words are cheap to you, and you want to see some actions. So I did some."
"What did you, Roman?"
"After, I got off the phone with you. I called the realtor, and I listed the house. I also found a lovely home for rent that we can stay in until we get our home built or find us a new home. And the good news is it the place is not too far from the kids."A massive smile comes on my face." And I know you think that leaving you this morning was easy. It wasn't; I was tossing and turning all night debating on what to do. But I just want to be with you, and make my word correct."
"Ugh... I am so relieved to hear this. I did hate taking you from the kids."
"Well, I am happy you are happy. So go ahead, and enjoy your vacation, and next week I will show you the house. We can then move in if you like it, and if you do, I will call some movers, and they can take your stuff and move it in, so you don't have to come back here. But I have to go to the kids. They are waiting for me to tuck them in. I will call you tomorrow. I love you."
"I love you too."
