"Hi baby!" I say answering the phone happily, as I see Roman is calling me. "Hi, Nicole! Are you on your way to the appointment?" "Yea, Brie with me. Say hi!" "Hi Brie, I was just talking to Daniel." "Hi, tell him to call me." I take the phone off the speaker and place it in my ear. "How's Texas?" I ask him. "Great, I forgot how much I love it down there here." "Yeah, we should get a summer home there. It a half waypoint between Flordia, and Arizona. At least I think it is." "Yeah, I'm down for that." "Oh, and why I have you here. I was talking to Alexa and the company wants to promote mix tag teams. So did someone talks to you about that?" I ask him. "No, that's strange. But if anything they might just pair us together." "No, because I am pregnant. I might just call Vince or creative and ask." "No! Don't. Everything will be fine." His answers seem a little weird. "Is everything okay?" "Yea. I just am tired. I pull my shirt up to my bra, as the doctor applies that weird gel on me." So is this your first ultrasound?" "Yea, this is my first one since finding out. But quick question, are you able to see the gender yet?" "How far are you again?" "A little over 2 months." "No, then." "Oh good, my husband and I were waiting to see the gender." "Speaking of your husband, where is he?" "In Texas for work." I respond the doctor gives me this strange look. "I know, that ridiculous her husband wouldn't take off work for this." Brie says as if she is reading the doctor's mind. "Shut up, Brie. We already talked about, plus you said you would be nicer to him." "I know, but I'm just stating the obvious." She says crossing her arms. "Whatever." I say, before turning back to the Doctor."So what's going on, is my baby healthy?" All three of us look at the screen, as he moves the device around my belly. "Yes, it appears we have two healthy heartbeats." "Oh, you can see my heartbeat as well?" I ask sliding my glasses towards the top of my head. "Yes, in a way. But Nicole adding your heartbeat that will be three hearts." It takes a moment before I realize what he is saying to me. "Am I having twins?" "Yes, Congratulations!"
