Next day it was like other days everyone engrossed in their respective works in night during dinner

Ishani (seeing towards Drishti and said in taunting manner): Arre wah aaj chand kaha se nikla hai aaj aap humare saath dinner kar rahe hai kya baat hai.
Drishti: Kyu nahi kar sakti kya?
Ishani: Nahi, kar Sakti hai par normally nahi karti na to thoda shock lga isliye bas pouch liya.
Drishti: Ab pouch liya na to dinner karte hai.

After dinner

Drishti: Lily
Lily: Yes di
(Lily says di to Drishti, Ishani and bro to Sid)
Drishti: Lily I'm going to Mumbai for some work can you come with me to Mumbai?
Lily: Sure why not
Drishti: Did you ask from your mother?
Lily: There is no need she always agree with you, you know what sometimes I feel jealous because of you.
Drishti: Why?
Lily (with cute anger): Because she trusts you more than me.
After this she made a cute angry pout.
They all chuckled at her cute antics.

Drishti: Ok sorry so now pack your bags we have to leave day after tomorrow.
Lily: Ok.

After this she left the table

Divya: Di aap sach mein Mumbai jaa rahe ho?
Drishti: Ha meri maa aur dinner ke baad apna luggage pack karliyo aur Romi to bhi.
Divrom/Romya: Ok.

After dinner everyone left to their respective rooms.
In Drishti's room
Drishti was reading some files of her patient and Rakshit came in.

Rakshit: Drishti ye kya hai?
Drishti: Kya kya hai?
Rakshit: Drishti tumhe bhi pta hai pehle to tum mujhe apna plan nahi bta rahi ho aur uske baad tum parso Mumbai jaa rahi ho koi plan bhi bnaya hai ya aese hi bol diya.
Drishti: Relax Rakshit sab kuch already planned hai aur ab tum bhi apna luggage pack karlo kyunki tum bhi humare saath Mumbai chaloge.
Rakshit: Par mera kaam
Drishti: Mein pouch nahi bta rahi ho Mr Rakshit Shergill.
Rakshit: Hm, good night.

Next day
During breakfast

Divya: Arre aaj bhi di hospital gai hai mujhe to lga tha ki wo aaj humare saath time spend karengi.
Ishani: Aaj ka to pacca pta that ki aaj jayegi aur aaj Sid late hone wala hai.
Romi: Ye baat tumhe kaise pta?
Ishani: Har baar jab bhi Drishti kahi bahar kahi jati hai to wo Dr Gosh aur Sid ko apne saare patients ki history bta deti hai.
Romi: Oh.
Divya: Breakfast kare ab.
Rakshit: Ha start karte hai.

During breakfast

Rakshit: Mera bhi office ka kaam pura ho gaya hai isliye Lavanya tum apna luggage pack karle na hum kal ki flight se wapas Mumbai jayenge.
Lavanya: Hm

After this they all had their breakfast and all went for their respective works, Drishti, Sid and Ishani were busy in hospital, Rakshit was busy in checking everything in office for the last time, Divrom/Romya and Lily were busy in taking care of Alex and Mishka and Lavanya was busy in packing her luggage.
