Topic #2: Roasting and Violin vs ____

Part 1:

This is a pretty opiniotic one, where there isn't really any right answer. I just want to know what you think of the roasting videos. It seems to me that almost everyone loves them because it teaches us about proper technique is just really fun to watch in general. However, I have seen some people who actually don't like them. Or maybe just have mixed feelings about them for whatever reason.

My reasons for liking them: it's what made them even more famous then they would've been, it's fun for them to make, it's fun to watch, non musicians will learn a lot from them, and so many more reasons.

Why do you like the roasting videos? Beware, I might edit this and add some of your comments in here, but don't worry I'll give you credit.

Or why do you not like the roasting videos, or why do you think people might not really like them?

Part 2:

There's also the Violin vs Recorder, Violin vs Opera, Violin vs Triangle, and Violin vs Bass (but that one we'll discuss later). 

You can tell that some recorder players got very...defensive. However, I think this was a very good oppurtunity for those recorder experts to come back and teach everyone how hard their instrument can be. That's why I'm super glad TwoSet made a video showing some of the recorder players comebacks. I really enjoyed learning about the recorder. I think their roasting of the recorder was all in good fun.

I also enjoyed the Violin vs Opera and Violin vs Triangle because they were pretty funny. I know that there were probably some inconsistencies with them, but let's face it - seeing Eddy try to sing opera was hilarious.

So, I'm once again asking, what do you think about the Violin vs ____ videos? Do you like them? Or do you wish TwoSet hadn't made them in the first place?
