◆Skylar POV◆

"SKYLAR EMILIA VANDER!" My mom yelled. "I'M AWAKE MOM, JUST A SECOND!" I yelled back. Today was the first day of school, summer break is finally over. It was pretty boring. Bloodwood is like miles away from the nearest beach so I kinda just stay at home.

I woke a bit late today, I got up and change to my normal outfit. My blue jeans, grey tank top, black cardigan and white converse. I tied my dark brown hair into a pony tail and put some eyeliner.

I ran to kitchen and grab an apple. I heard mom yelling from outside so I checked the time. Shit, its 7:5o, school starts in 10. I ran outside while eating my apple. I rushed into the car and mom hit the gas right away. The school wasn't too far. I arrived in 5. Still got time.

"Okay bye mom. Love you," I said running out the door. "Love you too, honey!" Mom said. I ran to the school and went to my locker. I walked in the classroom just before the teacher. Thank God. School was pretty boring. I got ignore like always and sometimes people throw paper at me. Nothing serious.

I walked home. I was kinda bored so I wondered around the hill near the cemetery. There's a tree on top of the hill. People said that it used to be a hanging tree. Lots of people commit suicide on that tree. But the tree was beautiful. Oranye leafs, lots of brances, even the grass around it was beautiful. I decided to sit under it for a while. The view was amazing.

I took my sketch book from my bag and start drawing. I was a pretty good artist. It starting to get dark so I went home. As I was about to leave, I saw a figure standing near the tree. When I blink it was gone. I think it was just my mind.

When I open the door I smelled pasta. "MOM, I'M HOME!" I yelled. I went to the kitchen. "Where have you been?" Mom ask. "I was near the cemetery. You know the big tree up the hill," I said. "Oh yeah, just be careful there. Go change, dinner in 15," mom said. So I got change and went back for dinner.

My dad left when I was a baby so mom took care of me. Thankfully she got a great job. Our house isn't that big but its enough for the 2 of us. We can afford almost everything. Well, except fancy car.

After dinner I talk with my mom about school and then go to sleep.
