Edge of Milky Way. Willowrift trade route.

Real-time.

"Captain, they're trying to focus on a frontal attack." Bradley said, my main fleet control and strategist, she maintained composure while trying to read enemy movement.

"Send Battalion 4 and 5 down starboard and counter attack with stringer missiles." Hillary ordered, focused on the battle in front of her cockpit windshields. Trying her best to stay unfazed.

"Roger that, Captain!" Bradley said and started punching buttons on the display in front of her.

"Move us back, we need to get out of range of their main cannon." Hillary ordered.

"Roger that command, Captain." Riley said, moving her hands in a backwards motion. The ship starts to move following her hand gestures.

As the ship moves backwards, a bright laser beam whizzed right past them. Then the ship shook a little bit.

Hillary still focused at the situation at hand pushed a button beside her and asked, "Engine sit-rep." (sit-rep means situation report.)

A voice came from the speakers saying "Captain, we were hit in the terminal response unit."

"Copy Engine. Captain out." Hillary let go of the button and thought for a moment. Then it hit her. "They're under us!" Hillary almost shouted.

"Pilot, face us downwards 75 degrees, Battalion control, move Battalion 4 back to our front and defend us from attacks, Charge plasma cannons, all power to front shields." Hillary ordered in a hurry.

A series of affirmation were said all at once. The ship began to turn the battle before them began to rise up and over, and sure enough, right in front of then was a battleship.

As soon as the battle cruiser came into sight. Hillary asked the weapons control if the plasma cannon was ready.

"Negative. 65 percent power charged, Captain." Coregon said.

"Tell me when it's ready." Hillary said.

"Roger."

Then a laser beam fired from the other battle cruiser's cannon. It hit them straight on the front of the cockpit. A few alarms started blaring indicating damage upon the ship.

Hillary stared straight ahead at the battle cruiser as it began deploying battle drones to ward off the elite warriors of Battalion 4.

"Captain, damage was 24 percent negated from-" Evans stopped her sit-rep when Hillary held her hand up.

"Cannon?" Hillary asked inpatiently.

"97 percent Captain." Coregon replied.

"Fire on my command."

"Roger."

Hillary waited a few moments then clenched her held up hand into a fist and said "Fire."
