Sorry i haven't updated in a while I have been writing this chapter for a long time so I hope u enjoy :) -Sophia

Sophia's POV

I was running down a road. Hoping, praying that my wobbly tenuous legs could hold up just a little while longer. I looked back, only to be dismayed even more when I saw Ashby running up to me, whilst he held a knife tight in his hand, resulting in his knuckles to be stripped from there natural color and turn a shade of unhealthy white from the pressure.

I turned my focus back on the paved road ahead of me, knowing the only thing I could try to do save my life was run. Run like I have never ran before. Run like my life depended on it, much to my displeasure my life actually did depend on it. When suddenly out of no where I gave up. I gave into the night sky above me, and the cruel shadows around me, laughing, and stopped running. I fell to the floor sobbing and yelling until my throat, and my self suffered to much trauma from previous events that I stopped all movement, froze, and went into a shock, shaking on the cold side walk.

"Sophia, Sophia! Wake up!"

I fluttered my eyes open and immediately came face to face with a muscular figure. Quickly, I blinked my eyes a few times along with rubbing them with my hands to get them to adjust. When my eyes were fully adjusted and woken up, as well as myself, I noticed the figure in front of me was my affectionate, caring, warmhearted, sensitive, and gentle boyfriend, it was Nash; not some psychopathic ex who was trying to end my youthful life.

"Are you alright? You were screaming at the top of your lungs" Nash spoke up after moments of silence with a very uneasy look plasterd all over his face.

"I'm fine," I lied, honestly I was petrified, but I couldn't tell Nash that because of course, being the overprotective, yet still caring boyfriend he was, he would get all worked up, so I decided to keep that information to myself. "I just had a nightmare that's all" I said trying my best to persuade Nash that the information I was giving out was all true, Yet the look of 'I'm not buying it' on his face told me I had not convinced him.

Before Nash could say anything I spoke up again "honestly, Nash, it was just a harmless nightmare. People have them all the time" , but I knew this was no 'harmless' nightmare. This was a gut wrenching, horrific, brutal nightmare that would have me up for nights, tearing my hair out thinking about it.

Nash didn't reply, just nodded his head. Then spoke " I should probably get going I've got a lot of things I've got to get done. I'll see you later babe. If you want to come with me, and leave now you can, but If you want to stay ask Joanna or someone to give you a ride. Okay?"

It was then that I realized we were in a hotel room, but it wasn't Cam, Matt, and Joanna's, it was our own. I guess Nash had rented one for the two of us last night.

I turned my head to speak, but just like that he was gone. It was at that moment when I realized Nash was upset.

Nash had always been convinced that I would shut him out ever since my father had passed. I have to admit, the first couple of weeks after my dad died, I would shut him out because I had been so traumatized by my Farther's gruesome death, that I was so fearful of getting hurt again.

Although I used to shut Nash out I have terminated 'shutting people out' now, and Nash Is just paranoid.

I went down stairs to Joanna, Matt, and Cam to try and eliminate Nash from my head, but so far my actions have been futile as far as 'getting Nash out of my head' goes.

As I was walking down the stairs I collided with someone running up the stairs like a frantic maniac. As I snapped my head up to look at who it was, my best friend's face came into view, it was Cameron.

"Cameron what's wrong" I said with worry clearly plastered across my face.

"Sophia, it's Nash he's hurt really bad" Cameron chocked out with tears streaming down his face.

"W-wh-what" I barely got out. "When Nash was walking home he, well he", Cameron hesitated.

"What? What happened to Nash, Cameron" I practically screamed.

"Let's just say when he was walking home he ran into Ashby, and well"

I slapped my hand over my mouth and a few tears escaped my eyes.

Ashby hurt Nash.
