Chapter 2: Sacrifice day
The sun went down as the villagers took Carly to the shaolin of sacrifice where she would be tied up and sacrificed to the vampire king.once having reached they tied her up then they all stepped back and waited for the girl to be taken. Carly didn't want to be sacrificed she wanted to escape. Before she could say anything she suddenly felt something as she and the villagers see a black ball of smoke come down from the sky as it began to swarm violently around Carly until it suddenly stopped in front of her and right before her stood none other than shadow the vampire king . Carly's heart sunk as she looked at him walking towards her. The vampire king looked around as he walked towards her "I finally have her" he thought to himself. Carly started shaking withe fear "I'm going to die"she thought repeatedly to herself.the vampire king grimed as he looked at her "I finally have what you after so long"shadow said as he cupped her cheeks making her face him,he whispered something in her ears "you will never get away from me again Carly" he whispered as he pulled away from her and cut the rope and pulled her close to him"now then I shall take my leave now mortals"he said as he and Carly where in gulfed in smoke and flew off into the night sky. Miranda and Carly's family broke down crying knowing that they would never see Carly again. As they cried the villagers left to go back home "I'm sorry but it had to be done" the prestes said while leaving."I wish we could have done something to prevent this" Miranda said with sadness and guilt as her parents kept crying.After what felt like hours they all went home and went to sleep.
