It's been a couple days and my dads health has improved a little . He still was being heavily sedated due to the impact of him being thrown from the explosion and the burns but that was better then nothing . We were still at the safe house keeping a low profile but as the hours go by , my thirst for revenge was increasing . This shit couldn't ride . It's even more fucked up that the nigga who I was raised with was behind it all . He was willing to harm family over money and power that he'll never have .

The sounds of little feet skipping down the hallways caught my attention .

"Daddy!" Zuri called out .

"Wassup princess ?" I asked , picking her up and placing her on my lap .

"Where you been ? Mommy couldn't find you ."

It was a little after 10am . Since we've been here I'll wake up at 7 and work out in the home gym for 2-3 hours .

"I was working out . Is that fine with you ?"

"Yes but daddy you stink ." She placed her index finger under her nose and left the other three sticking up .

I laughed "I smell that bad?"

"Yes. Daddy can we have Zuri and Daddy day ?" She asked , slightly pouting her lips .

"Don't give me that face sucka ! And ... yeah , we sure can ." I agreed .

With all that's been going on I haven't had the time to sit and spend time with Zuri . I know my Princess just wants love to .

"Mommy said breakfast is ready. Can you eat with me?"

"Sure Princess. I'll eat with you."

I picked her up and proceeded up stairs towards the dinning room where everyone was.

"Working out?" Zih asked , while placing Kartion's and Morgan's plate in from of them.

"Yeah." I replied , sitting down with Zuri still on my lap .

Soon Zuri and my plate was placed in front of us . I thanked Zih before I pulled her close and placed a kiss on her forehead.

After a quick prayer everyone began to dig in .

"Daddy, can I have your bacon?" Zuri asked , while grabbing it anyway .

"I didn't tell you that you could ."
