Manayata's POV

Right now I am standing on the top of Hawa Mahal, like literally I can see almost all the Jaipur. Our tour guide "Raju bhaiya" told us that in the old times, queens used the windows of Hawa Mahal to see their City because of the parda system.
I want to sit here forever and watch the sky as the sun goes down and meets the ground, but sadly I can't because we have to rush towards Bapu Bazar which is near Hawa Mahal, it is Jaipur's famous flea market.
"Monya come let's go," said Kanika while patting my back meanwhile, I can see kritika collecting the twins. The twins are Kritika's sisters, they are a year younger than us, and wanted to tag along and Kritika's parents being the coolest allowed them.

I sighed "bye-bye Hawa Mahal, I will miss you" I whispered but I think my idiot friend heard me "you almost make it seem like Hawa Mahal is your boyfriend," she said with a frown on her face
I was about to say something smart but then only kritika shouted for us to leave, damn I had a really great comeback this time.

I was looking at the market, it's just so aesthetically pleasing, it was forming a square and you can shop on the shops in one go, kritika wanted to buy mojries ( A type of traditional shoes), as she is a shoe collector, Kanika wanted bandani chunari and the twins Pragya and Prachi wanted jewellery,
All of us are together and shopping with each other so nobody gets lost, I saw this beautiful lakh Bangles in a shop it was empty unlike others, it intrigued me why nobody is buying such a beautiful masterpiece, I went ahead and asked for the Bangles I saw, the shopkeeper smiled at me and told me about the lakh Bangles how they are handmade and all, I was mesmerized with the Bangles I was about to ask for the price then only I noticed I had a pretty crowd around me, did I just used black magic to attract customers, am I a witch ..... Well I wish I was, I observed the crowd is not here for the Bangles but for someone else whoever he is, he made hundreds of people on the streets stop, I wanted to see his face maybe it's Hritik Roshan if he is I would too join the crowd proudly, I asked the person behind me that who this black shirt, blue jeans, 6 ish footman is ...
"It's Raja Uday veer Singh, King of Jaigarh"
Answered the stranger who was admiring a well built back,
"Raja ?!!"
I whisper screamed I cannot believe the fact, not that he is a king but what a king is doing in a mere flea market!
He really impressed me but who knows it's a publicity stunt, thinking that I turned around to find my friends, they were in the shop beside me shopping freely because apparently "Raja jii attracted all the bees like a Nectar" Kritika's word not mine.
After 3 hours we were done with Bapu Bazar and to be honest with the day too we all hailed the taxi and went to our hostel we booked, it's a 5 seater bunk bedroom, we got it for pretty cheap because of the offseason.
We all retired to beds at 8:30 only because of sore legs, headache.

It's currently 4 am, I am wide awake I think it's because I slept early yesterday I was thinking to get out of bed but strangely enough, the infamous hot Rajasthan is cold in the morning, I can see the ceiling as I am sleeping on the top bunker, people whi must have stayed here have posted photos of themselves, it looks so awesome I never appreciated it before but now even in the dark I can make out few people's face and activities, I will also post something in the evening, I made a note in my mind.
With a lot of courage I went out of the bunker and got fresh up, it is almost 5 in the morning, I quickly wore my sandals and took my phone and rushed towards the rooftop, the manager told us that sunsets from there are a treat to watch, maybe sunrise would be the same, when I reached the top it was almost the time of sunrise, I look around only to find myself alone I take out my phone put the camera on so that I can take photos of the sunset, then only I hear someone behind me,
I got scared, who it must be, maybe a thief, well they won't find any money cause I am broke but still, I was about to turn when I heard a voice beside me I almost shivered, I blame the cold, I bloody blame the winter,
" What's the matter of watching a sunset if you will only record it and not live it" he said, yep it's he, a tall, handsome, well built but extremely nosy he, can somebody tell him to mind his own business!
"I am living the sunset, and the thing about recording, I want to keep this in my memory forever rather than just in my mind" I gave him a pretty smart ass reply taking my history of pathetic comebacks in mind.
Neither he nor I looked at each other both of us had our eyes glued towards the sky, we both watched the sunrise together, I may have to inform the manager that not only sunsets, the sunrise of this hotel are also a treat to watch.
After a while when I thought I had enough of the sky I looked towards my right only to find the big ass nosey stranger beside me his eyes still on the sky, I felt wrong to look at him for so long so I removed my eyes from him and made my way towards my room.
" Miss, you left your phone" I turned around embarrassed while hearing that, I did not meet his eyes to be very honest he is way too tall for me to crank my neck and look so I just settled to look at the place my phone is lying, the railing of the rooftop.

"Thank you for reminding me," I said to him genuinely

"you are tourist aren't you," he asked me out of the blue

"Yeah, I am "

he muttered something under his lips which went unheard from my ears, "enjoy Rajasthan, its a place to watch Miss.."

"Manyata" okay that came way to fast than it should have, almost as if I was desperate to tell him my name, manayata get a fucking grip.

"yes Miss Manyata"

"thank you I will, bye-bye it was nice meeting you," I said my goodbye to him because I wanted to exit from this whole conversation as I do not want it to stretch more than it already has.
