I promised a part ASAP, and here it is :)

I groaned as I felt the poison slowly spread further in my body, further from my thigh. I saw Travis glance at me, concerned. He said, "Hey, (Y/N), you okay?"

I forced on a convincing smile, and said, "Yeah, no, I'm fine. Just... you know... period cramps."

I chuckled lightly, making his smirk at me, shaking his head. He said, "Yeah, I'll go get the heating pad."

He pecked my lips as he walked to my closet in the Aether cabin. I smiled to myself, not letting the pain I was in show in my face. I took a small peek at my leg under my sweatpants as Travis was turned the other way. The purple from the poison provided by Nyx was crawling through me, coloring my veins a dark, bruise-like purple. It looked like a plant, branching out into little designs. Difference was, these designs were painful, and would kill me in a span of hours.

I saw Travis plug in my heating bad, and smiled, wrapping my arms around his chest, wanting to enjoy my last day with him. I buried my face in his chest, placing little kisses where my lips touched his shirt. He laughed, slipping his arms around me, pulling me closer to him. That's when the war horn blew.

"Gods dam it," I hissed. Travis looked at me, and said, "Stay here. I'll be back soon, okay?"

I rolled my eyes, and said, "Shut up, Tweedle Dee. I can handle it. I'm coming with, I'm basically the most powerful person on this planet."

He sighed, and said, "I'm not going to win if I try to argue, am I?"

I smiled cheekily, and shook my head. I got up, ignoring the searing pain that shot through my leg, and tugged on my bracelet. My Elites uniform immediately clasped onto my body, the black armor glinting in the sunlight as we walked out of my cabin. I sprinted towards the border of the camp, seeing an army of monsters slamming shields and heads and paws and fists into the barrier. I looked around, and saw the campers surrounding me, Percy Jackson and Annabeth chase on my left, and Travis on my right. Before anything else happened, I turned to Travis, grabbing his face and slamming my lips into his.

Pulling away, I said, "If anything happens to me, just know that I love you, and it isn't your fault. Okay? Remember that."

His eyes were immediately flooded with worry and fear. He said, "No, nothing is going to happen to you, you're going to be fine. I love you, and I am not about to lose you."

I kissed him again, knowing that he would end up losing me one way or another by the end of the day. Pulling away, I thrust my spear into the air, yelling, "Let's get 'em!"

Defiant war cries filled the air as we charged at the monsters. I immediately engaged with an exceptionally large dracaena, and then moved on to four laestrygonians. I winced as one's hand connected with my side, but ignored it. Finishing them off, I moved onto a rather large group of lycanthropes. Pulling out two silver hunting knives, I slashed, stabbed, blocked, and kicked.

I fell back to the ground as a hellhound pounced on me as soon as I finished off the lycanthropes. I immediately stabbed up, not wanting to die just yet. It dissolved into dust, a sulphuric smell crawling up my nose. I got up, causing my leg to send waves of pain through my body. I blinked the dark spots from my eyes, ignoring the pain once more.

I ran to where I saw a young group of Hermes campers fighting, and swept my arm out. A gust of wind knocked the harpies back, sending them flying through the air and landing with a painful thud, where they immediately dissolved into golden dust. I smiled at them as they thanked me, and looked around. I saw Travis and Connor both fighting a group of dracaenas, and sprinted over as I saw one behind them, aiming her trident at Connor's back.
