Chapter Seven: Leaving Fork

Third Person POV

Ever since Bella's birthday we decided to move away. "I told you that Bella is bad news." Evelyn mumbled as she walked at the beach with Jacob. "Are you and Peter gonna come by an visit?" Jacob asked with a bit of hope. "I'll try my best but I'm sure Peter wouldn't mind hanging out with you." Evelyn said while wiggling her eyebrows.

"Stop." Jacob laughed as he playfully pushed Evelyn causing her to laugh. "You know, I think you and Peter would make a great couple." Evelyn said softly as she remember how the two secretly love each other but never wanted to admitted. "Really?! I mean..." Jacob exclaimed them quickly cough to cover his embarrassment.

"You know I'll always support you two. As long as you don't hurt him and tell me when your two get married." Evelyn said as she felt giddy. "You know I would never hurt him. At less not intentionally." Jacob said softly while Evelyn hugs Jacob arm.

"I know Jake. When are you ever gonna tell him how you feel?" Evelyn asked softly as they stop close the the water. "I don't know how." Jacob said softly causing Evelyn to smiled. "Do what your heart tells you." Evelyn said wisely before her phone started to ring. "That's probably Rose or Jazz." Evelyn said as she pulled out her phone.

"It Jasper." Evelyn smiled causing Jacob to slightly pout. "Hey Jasper. I'm still with Jacob at La Push." Evelyn informed Jasper. "We're leaving right now." Jasper said causing Evelyn to sadden. "Okay." Evelyn said softly as she hung up. "I gotta go." Evelyn mumbled as she pulled Jacob to a hug.

"I'm gonna miss you Evee." Jacob said aa Evelyn pulls away. "I'll try a visit you." Evelyn said before running off. "You think you can leave and not say goodbye." Sam said as he stood in the woods along with Paul, Jared, and Embry. "I was kind of hoping you can take me to the airport." Evelyn mumbled shyly causing them to chuckle.

"Come on." Paul said them phased causing Evelyn to smile as the other two phased. "Thank you." Evelyn mumbled as the three wolves run off. "When Jacob Phases please watch over him. For me." Evelyn said as the wolves crosses the treaty line and made there way to Seattle. 'You'll be the third to know.' Sam though.

Time Skip

Evelyn sat outside as she got ready to use on of her gifts. 'James.' Evelyn though as she closed her eyes and took a deep breath. Evelyn opened her eyes only to see James fighting someone. Evelyn stayed silently not wanting to fet in the way.

Evelyn's eyes widen when she sees James was fighting someone from HYRDA. "Fuck." Evelyn mumbled before quickly helping. "Now I see why you didn't follow me and the others when I left." Evelyn mumbled as they kill the last HYRDA agent.

"Sorry doll. I just had a feeling they were following me along with Pete." James mumbled as he started to feed off the agents. "Make sure you burn the body's." Evelyn said as she help pile the body's in one spot.

"Thanks." James mumbled as he finished the last body and placed it on the piles. "Hey, everything okay." Evelyn mumbled as James grabs a lighter and burn the body's. "I know." James mumbled causing Evelyn to gently pulled James into a hug. "If you want. I'll introduce you to the rest of the Cullen's." Evelyn said softly as she runs her figures though his hair and gently tugs it.

James smiled as he relaxed. "Come home." Evelyn mumbled softly once they pulled away from the hug. "Okay." James said softly before disappearing. Evelyn closed her eyes and felt her body being lifted up into the air. Evelyn gasped as she opened her eyes only to see Jasper in front of her.

"Jasper. You scared me." Evelyn mumbled as Jasper just stares at Evelyn. "Something wrong?" Evelyn asked as she quickly got up and went towards him. "You've been ignoring us." Jasper said softly causing Evelyn to stop. "Sorry." Evelyn said looking down at her feet.

"I'm just upset that Bella has effect all of you guys. Special Edward." Evelyn mumbled as she crossed her arms over her chest. "You all miss her." Evelyn added as she started to walk off. "That's not true." Rosalie said causing Evelyn to smile slightly.

"If you say so." Evelyn mumbled as she went inside the house and into her room. The Cullen's frown once they realized they have been ignoring Evelyn ever since Bella started dating Edward. "We haven't been fair to her." Esme said sadly as they look at Evelyn locked door.

"She's the only one in the family that doesn't have a mate now." Carlisle added softly as he held Esme close. "Evelyn is right. Ever since Bella came into Edwards life she's been changing us. Evelyn even said that Bella thought that she is the reason for us to not talk to other students in school." Emmett said with a frown.

"If it wasn't for Evelyn our secret would have been exposed and the Volturi would have to kill everyone in Forks that knew. It would also start a war against the Shifter." Alice said softly as Jasper looks down at the ground. "Has she even said anything about being turned?" Emmett asked causing everyone to stay silent.

"I don't really want to be turn. At less not now." Evelyn said softly causing the Cullen's to jump. "I'm not like Bella who wants to change so I can be with my mate forever. If I'm destined to be like you guys then so be it. I still want to enjoy my humanity a little longer along with being close with other people." Evelyn said softly as she went to hug Jasper.

"You guys may see it as damning me, but I see it as something greater. That your guys are able to deal with it and find ways to make it less suffering. That's why you have your mates and each other. To make it less insufferable." Evelyn said wisely as she hold Alice's hand.
