Arc 11- Mindsets

3rd Person POV
"Izuku?!"

Katsuki rushed over to his fiancé, who's head seemed to be faced down towards the ground. His lock of hair blocking out any sort of lighting form hitting his face.

"Izuku? Baby can you look at me?"

Katsuki placed his hands under Izuku's chin, lifting his face up. Gasping slightly, Izuku looked off to the side, his eyes starting to well with tears.

His right eye was starting to swell up, as his once rosy cheek were replaced with a purple bruise stapled onto it. Small cuts lingered around his pale skin.

"What the hell did they do to you?"

In a fit of sadness, Izuku buried himself into Katsuki's chest, the taller male wrapping his arms around him.

But not all blissful moments last.

"Excuse me,"

Both boys looked back behind them, Izuku giving a blank stare at his once trusted best friend.

"I believe that my fiancé is perfectly normal."

The class gasped at the slightly, Katsuki balling his fist in anger. Feeling a warmth crawling on his fist, he looked to see Izuku placing his hand on top of it, lowering it down to his side. Before anything else could happen, Izuku walked over to a gleaming Uraraka.

"What the hell—"

"Izuku's parents wanted to find him someone new. So, I obviously volunteered!"

Katsuki's jaw could have practically dropped to the floor, Izuku making eye rolls at Uraraka.

"My dad made the decision. My mom unfortunately had no say—"

"Come on Izu—"

"Ew, don't even call me that. I don't care what my parents say, I want to be with Kacchan."

"No! They said you would be with me—"

"But I don't want to!"

"All we need to do is a sign a contract and our arranged marriage is complete. We can officially get married by the time we're 18!"

Izuku's eyes widened in shock. No where—ANYWHERE—had either of his parents mentioned this. The new found inform caused the room to began spinning, making the already stressed Izuku start to sway. Katsuki, of course getting worried, immediately started to balance Izuku. Who's vision started to get darker and darker.

"Izuku!"

Uraraka immediately rushed over to her so called "fiancé's" side, only to be shoved away from Katsuki and held behind by her fellow peers.

"This is what I wanted! Come on! We can be happy together, Deku! Don't you want that?"

Izuku's vision finally managed to clear up, facing himself towards Uraraka.

"Don't you get it already? He doenst want to be with you."

Though the words were simple, it broke the little brunette's heart. Of course, she didn't show it.

"Whatever, his parents want what's best for him. Clearly, I'm what's best for him. You can't stop what's already in motion. Just—give it up."

Uraraka said, storming out of the classroom in a fit of rage and a little bit of sadness. The others in the class, including Aizawa, stood in shocked silence. Izuku vision still not being as great. Pulling himself up, he made sure he was still held up by Katsuki.

"What are we going to do...I cant stop this."

Katsuki having a worried look, holding back the upcoming panic attack that was forced into coming out soon. Thankfully, holding it in seemed to help. Thinking for a while, Katsuki made a frown on his face.

"I have an idea. You—aren't going to like it."

Izuku gave Katsuki a surprise glance, nervously nodding his head in agreement.

The two slowly started to make their way up a set of white painted stairs. The house in front of him painted a beautiful type of yellow. Flower beds and healthy grass surrounded them, the natural smell of nature inhaling into their lungs. Holding onto Katsuki's hand, Izuku was still giving his "fiancé" a worried stare. Katsuki giving off a frown as they inched closer and closer to the entrance of the house.

Finally making his way over, the couple stood in front of the darkened brown door. Katsuki immediately took a deep breathe, bringing his fist into contact with the door. Rustling inside rushed towards the door, until it slammed opened revealing someone he wasn't particularly happy on seeing.

"Hey mom."

"Katsuki! Do you and Izuku want anything?!" Mitsuki was frantically rushing around the kitchen. In both a fit of excitement and surprise.

"Some green tea is nice," Izuku announced, Mistuki giving a quick thumbs up. The couple sat on a couch opposite the other minty green couch across from them.

As the rustling continued, Katsuki took a look around the house. The living room was nearly spotless, with beautiful plants and decor surrounding the house's integrity. Sniffling the air, all Katsuki smelled was the sweet smell of caramel and pine cone.

Mitsuki calmly came back into the room, placing the tray down onto her marble coffee table before taking her seat on the opposing couch. A tea kettle and two cups surrounded by an assortment of small foods. Izuku giggled in delight, stealing a few pieces as he poured himself tea for him and his "fiancé."

"Soooo. Why'd you come to see me?" Mitsuki said a happy toned voice laced in her. Katsuki had soon taken note of her appearance.

Clean. With a red checkered apron around her body, a red bandanna on top of her tied back lock of hair. Exciting bouncing. Her eyes were practically lit with joy. Katsuki didn't spot any heroin marks, her eyes not the same bloodshot as before.

"I'll get to that. How are—"

"Oh, I'm doing great! I even got a job as a fashion designer, all in the mists of getting better for us! How are you two doing?"

Us? The word made Katsuki slightly stiffen, but soon calm down. Something that has never happened in the same room as one another.

"We're doing fine, Auntie. Katsuki and I have just finished school."

"Aww really? You two could stay for dinner! I was planning on making sushi!"

Izuku smiled at the idea, Katsuki taking notice and looking back at his mom. Who seemed to try and give him puppy eyes.

"Sure. If it makes him happy—"

"I'm so glad you agreed! We can finally try and mend this shattered relationship!" Mitsuki jumped out of her seat in excitement, rushing over to Katsuki and tackling him in a hug. Katsuki was taken off guard but, slowly brought his hands around his mother's back.

"Yeah. That's nice, mom."
