Sadiq   POV

I don't know why mama dislike Layla  so much ,to the extent of wishing her death ,earlier today ,we had a fight with mama because of the way she treats Layla,and i told her it is high  time ,she stop this rubbish and start to like Layla,if it happens that either one of her children was to be treated the way she treated Layla .she won't like it ,the confusing part is that,mama happens to be Layla's mother's step sister ,which make them sisters ,why the so much hate .I am on my way to visit my best friend,Dr Abdullahi,we have being friends since secondary school ,entering his compound,this guy has achieved some much in life as such age,he is a well known doctor and has a mansion of his own ,with two private jets .Entering his house without knocking ,I went straight to his bedroom ,which happened to be on the second floor,tall guy where you dey ,i call him tall guy ,back when we were in school because he was the tallest person in our class and handsome too,(don't tell him  I told you so ,because he will start feeling himself there😂)am bathing ,he answered back, do you have food because am hungry guy ,am heading straight to your kitchen,to find something to feed my stomach,with out waiting for his reply i went straight to the kitchen ,I found frozen pizza and decided to warm it ,after warming it ,I sat on one of the chairs in the kitchen island.

Dr Abdullahi POV

Maza ,see how you are eating like one pregnant woman,so how are you doing,how is your sisters and mama ,i asked sadiq .

Sadiq   POV

Tall guy ,what's with the question ne today ,are you okay,i asked him because,it unusual ,to answer your questions ,first of all am alright as you can see ,my sisters are fine too ,and mama ,we had a fight with her ,that why am here to clear my mind,actually mama attitude is becoming worst every day and her behavior towards Layla is not helping matters,can you believe it ,what she said to Layla early today ,she accuse her of wanting Baba's properties and of killing her",just imagine how this words will affect Layla ,the poor girl is only in her final year in secondary school,honestly i don't know when mama will change,i don't want her to change when is too late ,baba even told me that she threaten to kill Layla the other day ,when she called him .

Dr Abdullahi POV

I was speechless after sadiq told me,what has being going on lately in their family ,i don't know what Layla could have done to deserve so much hatred from her mother ,let me just say witch  , i know is a strong word but I don't care because she doesn't deserve to be called a mother with the way she treat her daughter,the daughter that will love her and forever care for her .I have an idea,why not if Layla finishes her school you should take her to study abroad,maybe if doesn't see her every day ,she will eventually start to like her and miss her,there is this saying that states "Absent make the heart fonder ",

That a very good idea ,i will talk about it with baba ,as soon as he comes back from his business trip .I got to leave,it already late .
