The next morning...
Mattia got home at 5 in the morning and put everything away and slowly walked upstairs, when he did he saw Alejandro sleeping so he walked into the shower and washing off all the blood, dirt, and smoke smell off, after he showered her for out and as he was changing Alejandro walked into the bathroom with his eyes widening at Mattia's small cuts and forming bruises on his face.
Ale: omg baby are you ok?!
Mattia: I'm fine baby boy, I just fell on the way back home from my moms house
Ale: baby this doesnt look like a fall, it looks like you were jumped
Mattia: I didn't, don't worry bubs
Alejandro looked at mattia and softly kissed him making him smile, as the two were downstairs watching t.v. there was a knock on the door so both Alejandro and Mattia got up and opened it seeing the cops.
Ale: yes?
Cop: Mattia Polibio
Mattia: that's me
Cop2: you're under arrest for the murder of Victoria Marques and Jaymin Khan Smith
Ale: what? No you got the wrong guy! Please!
Mattia: bubs calm down, tell the group I'll miss them and dont give up on me just yet baby boy

The cops took mattia as they put him in the back seat of the cop car as ale was screaming and crying, mattia looked at ale as his heart broke seeing his boyfriend. Once they got to the police station they took Mattia's mugshot, as they did they sent him to his cell where he just sat in.
1 week later...
It was now the court hearing and they pulled mattia into the courtroom where he saw his family and friends crying, he just kept his plain serious face as his scars were visible still. Ale teared up seeing his boyfriend in that type of state, as they were doing the court hearing mattia didnt even speak as he just made eye contact with ale. After a while mattia just confirmed he killed them both making ale cry, after they pleaded him guilty he chuckled as they only gave him 30 minutes to talk to everyone and gave him 80 years in prison.
Ale: *teary* why baby?
Mattia: I love you Alejandro de jesus Rosario, ever since I first felt your soft lips against mine I knew we were meant to be bubs, I knew you'd be here for me through anything, I hope you enjoy our first and maybe only baby we'll ever have that's in you, if it's a girl name her Arlene and if it's a boy name him Mateo, I wish to see you again someday bubs
The group all stared at mattia in shock who gave ale a long and passionate kiss, as he pulled away ale teared up even more.
Ale: please dont leave me
Mattia: those are my wedding vows, the rings are under our drawers, there's about 30 grand in my duffel bag, I want you to keep it for you and our baby, Taylor I want you with him 24/7 and baby boy dont ever forget that daddy loves you, see you again next time baby boy
Ale broke down as they pulled mattia out the court room, after a while they drove mattia to ADX Florence in Florence, Georgia. After they got him in his own cell he chuckled to himself and sat on his bed, I'll see my baby boy one day. Meanwhile ale was taking a pregnancy test with everyone waiting outside the bathroom for him, after he took it he waited 5 minutes and flipped with tears coming down his face.
POSITIVE
Ale opened the door and they all waited for a response and he nodded his head and they all hugged him as he teared up, what am I gonna do? Mattia's in jail and I'm pregnant, God I hope I get to see him again. As the night reached the two layed down in their beds thinking, I love you Alejandro/Mattia.
