"Mr Tsukishima Kei, you are hereby being sentenced to 2 years in prison for involvement in a gang fight."

The sound of a knocked wooden hammer echoed throughout the enclosed room as a man in a black robe and white curly wig slammed the hammer twice onto the table. Silence fell shortly before the people in the room started murmuring among one another. There were some voices whispering words of sympathy while others expressed their satisfaction with the judgement made. Within the crowd of individuals, a lone tall man stood in the middle of the room with his eyes wide open and his head hung low. How could this be?

Tsukishima Kei was just an ordinary 23-year-old healthy man who was working in a successful business company. He had never committed a crime before, no drugs or smoke, well perhaps that one time he got curious and sneakily took a cigarette to try. But other than that, he lived his life normally and minded his own business.

Tsukishima clenched his teeth in frustration and shut his eyes tight. He knew he was not guilty. There was no possible way for Kei to get involved in such an absurd fight, yet the judge had made his decision to punish him.

"Take him right away! Your punishment will commence immediately." Tsukishima opened his eyes to witness two police guards walking towards him. They grabbed him by both of his arms and guided him out of the courtroom. Tsukishima remained silent and reluctantly exited with his head hung low, avoiding the unwanted gazes.

Not a minute was wasted as the guards quickly pushed him into a vehicle and instructed him to buckle his seat belt. The guards followed behind, boarding the vehicle and one of them on the driver seat inserted a key to start the engine. The windows on the passenger seats were tinted which refrained Kei to view the outdoor surroundings throughout the ride.

"Man, I can't believe such a cute face like him could get involved in a gang fight." Tsukishima's eyes widen upon the sudden voice within the small moving vehicle.

"Haha, you can never judge a book by its cover."

"That's true. But still, with such a face and not to mention that body. Fuuhh, he's surely going to have a tough time there."

"No doubt about that, especially not when you are sentenced to Nekoma Prison."

"Nekoma Prison huh. Man, such a shame. Do you think I could have the chance to do it with him before he rots in that prison?"

"Hahahaha what are you gay?"

"With that face, blond hair and that ass. Yeah, why not?"

Seriously now? Right in front of me.

Tsukishima's body began to shake partly due to anger for having to hear these police guards gossiping openly about him, but he was also terrified. Could this Nekoma Prison be as bad as how the men in front of him had mentioned? He had heard of the mentioned prison before in the news. Nekoma Prison, a highly secured facility that holds most of the dangerous and fearful prisoners in Japan. His legs were bouncing anxiously and his palms were starting to sweat. As he sat in silence while listening to the guards continuously indirectly talking about him, Tsukishima recalled the incident that resulted in his current situation.

He was casually walking back home from work. The sky was already pitch black covered with a few dots of stars. Tsukishima glanced at his wristwatch which indicated 11.35 pm. Work usually ends at 9 pm but tonight was an exception due to overdue work to be completed, hence resulting him to overtime. There wasn't a need to rush as Tsukishima lived alone in an apartment that was 20min away from his workplace. Tsukishima scanned his surroundings and noticed how quiet the street was. There was barely anyone, except a couple of teenagers mingling with their friends and some men's drinking on the pavement.

Just as he turned the corner, a hard bump was felt on his shoulder. Tsukishima stopped his track and glanced at the figure ahead of him. The man was dressed in a black graphic tee with grey ripped knee jeans. His bicep was covered with tattoos and both his ears were decorated with small silver studs.

"What the fuck you standing there for? Aren't you going to say sorry for bumping into a person?" The man glared at Tsukishima.

"Excuse me but you were the one who bumped into me. Shouldn't you be the one to apologize?" Tsukishima retorted back, clearly not a wise decision to do so.

Despite being in the dark, Tsukishima could see the man's eye gleamed in rage which pierced through his body. "What did you just say?" Before Tsukishima could open his mouth to answer, a hard punch landed on Tsukishima's right cheek. Tsukishima stumbled back, stunned from the sudden attack. It didn't take long for Tsukishima to be blinded by red anger. He then moved forward and swung his long arm to the man's face.

Soon enough, a fight broke in the middle of the street with two men throwing punches at each other.

"Oi! What are you doing to our boss?!"

A distance shout was heard and a couple of men came to pull Tsukishima away from the battered man. Some of them tried to throw a few punches back to the blond man, but Tsukishima managed to swiftly dodge them.

Before Tsukishima could find the opportunity to escape from the mess, a police siren echoed along with four police officers running forward to stop the fight. Tsukishima shut his eyes as he felt a grip on his shoulder.

"Oi wake up!"

Huh

Tsukishima blinked a few times and glanced at the uniformed man in front.

"We're here. Nekoma Prison"
