"You're crazy, Agatha."

The said girl leaned back on the velvet Victorian chair, looking to the side before staring back at the older- but flawless blonde woman in front. "Okay... tell me something that's isn't obvious."

"You're also a pathological liar and a psychopath," another blonde; this time a male in his mid-twenties chimed while leaning on the balcony door. Agatha gave him a side glance. "I'm pretty sure being a pathological liar is a part of being a psychopath."

Leonardo Cane, the youngest and richest Neurosurgeon slash playboy in his hometown shrugged at her wit. He just loves provoking his fellow doctor. "You never deny it."

"That's the least of our worries, especially when your proposal is beyond your usual level of recklessness."

"It's not like I'm going to shoot one of the dons. I just want to experience being in the same room with them, I want to know if the atmosphere is really as thick as their black hats."

"You were watching those ninety's mob movies again, huh?" Leo was ignored, but Agatha secretly rolled her eyes like a teenager.

"Plus I heard from a friend of yours, that a Serbian white tiger cub was going to be auctioned." She waved around her hand.

"There it is!" Leo knew she had another reason, her first one was too shallow to be the only one.

With a brow raised, Katherine asked, "was this friend... Eric?"

"Maybe..."

"It's still a no."

Agatha groaned loudly as she stood up and stomped in front of their ring leader. "Oh come on! Think of that poor cub. He could be turned into a coat for those douchebags' lovers after a few months or even food! Let me buy him, and I'll free him back to the wild." Sure she was known for being emotionally numb most of the times when she's not in her asylum, but it was obvious to everyone that she loves animals a little too much.

"Yeah...Vince told me last night that when he visited you, he saw a large aquarium. And inside seemed to be a miniature jungle. So...you finally bought the land beside your estate." Her shoulders tensed when the blonde handed his phone to Katherine. A picture of the said habitat made her sweat. It was big enough to fit a full grown blue whale.

"I already talked to the authorities there and they said that they would check on the cub every month to see how well he'll cope in his new home. Plus, I'll make sure he gets enough exercise; I did my research."

"You already have eighteen dogs with different breeds and a sapphire ferret in your garden and inside your coat- don't think I didn't notice the shuffling." The head of the said animal peeked from the collar of her black princess-coat. It sniffed the air before heading to Agatha's open hand.

A whistle caught the ferret's attention. When she saw her favorite uncle, she jumped like a flying squirrel from Agatha's hand and scurried towards Leo's form. She climbed from his pants to his shoulders before jumping on his golden locks. His soft hands caressed her unique fur with a chuckle.

"So is your answer still a big no?"

Agatha may have too many pets- or children as she likes to refer to them. But she does take care of them. Ever since they met, Katherine has never seen an animal in the brunette's care sad or malnourished. They were always too jolly and healthy. Heck the dogs even have their own pool and bathroom. Not to mention that they are all well-mannered and trained. And even if they do misbehave, Agatha never showed any signs of aggression. Only doing the 'sad face' to them seemed to do the trick.
