Chapter One

:Lisa's POV:

It was a quiet, gentle day in Mondstat. I was doing the usual, reading a book in the library, even though I am the librarian. I look outside the window, it's a nice, pleasant day. I decided to put my book down and go on a relaxing walk through Mondstat, and on my way to the Whispering Woods. It's very peaceful as I smile to myself as I walk. Not long after, I see a boy, probably 18 or 19, look around as if he's lost, I approach slowly as my shyness takes over. He has blonde hair, hazel eyes, an angelic sword on his back and dare I say it..a chiselled, muscular body. His bicep muscles stood out as my shyness increased, "I should probably help the poor boy", I think to myself. I greet the boy with a friendly wave.

Lisa: Hey, you seem lost, are you ok sweetie?

I blush as I say those words. Even though it is true, I have only just confronted the boy.

Boy: Hmm? Oh, yeah Im fine. I think.

Lisa: What's wrong? You seem sad..?

Boy: Im trying to find my sister, I haven't seen her in about 6 or 7 years, I last saw her when the two of us were fighting this monster demon goddess. After that, she got sucked into some sort of 'abyss', and I haven't seen her since.

Lisa: Oh..do you remember where you fought with her exactly..?

Boy: Unfortunately not, after my sister went into the 'abyss', the goddess wiped my memory of the location.

Lisa: That's not good. I guess I could help you find her

Boy: You would?

Lisa: Well, yeah! Think of me as your friend and accomplice. Together we can both try and find her.

Boy: That would be great, thanks!

Lisa: No problem!

I catch a glimpse of the boy's smile, its so..breathtaking and, almost cute. I snap out of my trance as I smile at the boy back

Boy: Im Christopher, sorry I didn't properly introduce myself before.

Lisa: Im Lisa! It's great to meet you, Christopher!

Christopher: Great to meet you too, Lisa!

The boy and I shake hands, his grip is firm and strong..and it makes me almost blush.

Christopher: Well I guess I better continue looking for my sister, plus I also need somewhere to stay. I heard rumours that this dragon by the name of StormTerror was coming nearby either today or tomorrow, and I feel like I might be the dragons next meal.

Lisa: You can stay with me, my house is sort of the library, over in Mondstat.

Christopher: Mondstat? The capital of Teyvat?

Lisa: Well, technically no. Mondstat considers itself a country..somehow.

Christopher: Hmm, weird.

Lisa: Mhm, anyway we better get going! It's turning dark and it might get very cold tonight.

Christopher: Hah! I can handle the cold, my body warms me up since Im hot.

I blush madly as Christopher laughs a bit.

Lisa: R-Really..?

Christopher: Hehe, no. I was joking.

I blush more as Christopher smiles. I whisper to myself " That would be cool..and kind of hot.."

Christopher; No pun intended?

Lisa: W-What..?

Christopher: I heard what you said, so I asked no pun intended?

Lisa: Well..m-maybe..

Christopher laughs as I blush more, thank god hes hot..

Christopher: Well, shall we get going Lisa?

I smile and nod at the young traveller.

Lisa: Yes, we shall dear

I blush a bit as Christopher smiles and rolls his eyes, the two of us walk to my place, smiling.
