Y/n POV I was a week into my new school and it felt great and I was glad that I had Maihua's help and my classes are very easy and beneficial for me. *Beep Beep Beep* I woke up at 8:30 today was the day of my first photography project that I'm getting assigned to me and I'm so excited to find out what event I'm taking pics for. I woke up today and I wanted to wear some tech ware my father gave me as a going away gift. I didn't think I would like but I tried it anyway.

I loved it so much when I looked at it. I got my things and headed to my acting class first. I stepped out of my apartment and a lot of people complimented my outfit. "Thanks everyone" I said nervously of course. I continued walking to my class until I saw a group of girls that would always follow Maihua and they came up to me. "Hey y/n I like your outfit I guess" Veronica said while looking me up and down. "Oh thank you I guess" I said and I did the same to her. "So you and Maihua you guys a thing yet or you guys just close?" One of the girls asked me. "Um no we are just friends and she helps me out a lot and I appreciate her for that." I said with a smile. "But would you want to ever be her girlfriend y/n?" Veronica asked. "Um no we are just friends and I just don't think we would work out but I love her though and will always be there for her." I said thinking that Maihua would say the same. "Oh ok then! Thanks girly!" Veronica said and the all walked away. That was the strangest shit I will probably go through and I walked in class. Maihua POV I had got in class 5 minutes early because the girls and Veronica were not following me finally. I hated that some much but I guess it makes me look cool sometimes. I stopped in the middle of my thoughts and y/n walked in the class looking good and I mean every guy was looking at her and you can tell they were simping. "Hey y/n um you look great you should come sit with me and my friends?" A guy said while trying to flirt with her. Y/n looked at him and then looked at me like it was a plead for help. "Hey y/n don't let this dude scare you" I said while standing slightly in front of her and staring into this guys soul and he walked away quickly and took y/n to her original sit which was beside me. "Thanks Maihua I kinda was scared but you saved the day again. My little knight" she said rubbing my shoulder. "A-Anything for my p-princess." I said stuttering on my words. Skip to the end of class "Ok guys everyone be prepared for the acting test grab a partner and come up with a script." The teacher said as we packed up. "Want to be my partner y/n?" I asked. I celebrated in my head and I got her stuff and walked her to her next class. "So y/n can I ask you a question?" I asked wanting the right answer. "Yea what's up?" She said. "Do you like girls too?" I asked and prayed in my head she would say yes. "Well yea but I've never really been with a girl before and my pass relationship was not good so I kinda stopped looking for love." She explained to me. "Well I hope you find someone who treats you right." I said while rubbing her shoulder. "Yea me too but I don't think any really likes me here anyway so it's cool." She said not knowing that I wanted to marry her and want her to be mine. We were so close to her class and we saw them the girls and they ran over to us. Y/n POV When the girls came over Maihua gave me my things and whispered in my ears. "So close right?" I whispered back right and laughed. "What are you guys over here talking about?" One of the girls asked. Maihua stood slightly in front of me and said "nothing man what do you guys want? I'm taking y/n to class right now." Veronica has something to ask you they all said and Veronica walked in front of everyone. "Maihua, will you be my girlfriend?" She said while everyone recorded. I got excited for Maihua but it seem she was freaking out silently. "You got this" I whispered in her ear. She stood up straight and said no. "Damn" "Oh shit" "That's tough" "Maihua why you do her like that" Those were all the things being said throughout the halls. I walked around Maihua and tried to comfort Veronica but she pushed me down and yelled "Stay away from me you girlfriend stealer!!" Oh that's Maihua's girl Dang she is hot I understand Dang that girl is lucky to date Maihua Those were all the things being said I looked at Maihua who was staring at me and mouth "I'm sorry" to me. I took my things from her and walked to class. Maihua POV What have I done I said to myself. I need to tell y/n I love her before it's to late. I'll tell her when we study for acting after school. Skip to after school I was on my way to y/n's dorm and the girls came up to me. "Maihua we have to show you this recording.""What recording" I said and I grabbed the phone. I listened as I heard the potential love of my life say that she only wants to be friends with me and it would be best. "Who recorded this?" I asked about to cry. "Veronica did she wants to show you that she can treat you better then that y/n girl." One of them said. Look I'm going to y/n's dorm and I will talk to her ok. They nodded their heads and we all parted ways. Veronica POV The girls came back to me with my phone. "Did you show Maihua the recordings of that girl." I asked them. "Yes she said she would talk to her about it." One of her friends said. "Well that's probably not going to be enough we have to get them against each other." I said to them. Well how is that going to work? One of her other friends said. "I have an idea just meet me at Maihua practice on Friday. That's her last practice before the first game on Saturday."
