A Note From The Unsub

Character Two

"This is going to be a rough case..."

Saihara walked out of the headquarters and out to his car, Kyoko following behind. Shuichi opened the passenger side for her and she got in. "Thank you detective."

He just nodded and went to the other side of the car. The car ride was silent, not even the radio was turned on. Shuichi didn't mind.

When they got to the murder scene it was... much worse than what Shuichi could have imagined. The small little room had blood all over the walls, and almost every spot in the floor.

The scene somehow reminded him of Kokichi, it might have been the blood but it didn't click right with Shuichi. He looked over to see Kyoko looking at where the body was found.

"See anything?"

"No, nothing except this symbol..."

Shuichi walked over and looked at the symbol painted in blood. It was... Monokumas eye..? Why would someone use that as a symbol? Well it didnt matter. It was important.

Shuichi picked up his phone and called Fugisaki. "Hey, Fugisaki. Our unsub loves Danganronpa. Keep that in mind when looking for names. Kyoko? Oh shes doing fine. Okay. Thanks, bye." He hung up.

"I dont see anything important here. Nothing else atleast. Let's go check on Mikan and the others." Kyoko started to leave Shuichi following behind after.

The ride took about 20 minutes, this time instead of that peaceful silence they were talking about the case.

"So, someone with a close attachment to Danganronpa must have done this."

"That would explain the Monokuma eye, do you think an obsessed fan or mastermind might have done it?"

"Its a possibility, yes. I dont think any other contestants would want anything to do with Danganronpa after experiencing it. Not even you"

Shuichi frowned. He didnt want anything to do with Danganronpa yes but he had to for this case. "Your right."

The rest of the ride was quiet.

When they got back to the lab Chihiro was frantically walking to the office.

"Chihiro" Kyoko called. "What's wrong?"

"A-another victim has been kidnapped... we need everyone in the meeting room"

Shuichi nodded and started walking to the meeting room with Kyoko. When he got there he sat down. Osu and Mikan were already here. After about five or so minutes Hajime and Makoto came and sat down aswell. Chihiro behind them.

"So." Osu spoke first "Why did you call this?"

"A-another person has been kidnapped..."

"W-we should g-get on w-with the details then" Mikan looked nervous.

Chihiro nodded.
"Hes our age, he went messing about 3 hours ago. Nobody saw him all morning and he wasnt home. No one could get a hold on him. The unsub called me saying he had the victim.."

"Well? Who's our victim?" Shuichi looked at Chihiro, he didnt want another family to suffer so he was going to solve this case as quick as possible. 

Chihiro looked down as he clicked a button on his remote and a picture appeared on the screen. When Shuichi saw who it was his face went pale.

The picture belonged to Kokichi Ouma
