I closed my eyes as I pushed my trolley through the barrier of platform 9 and 3/4 with Ginny and Mrs Weasley close behind. I looked around and saw the beautiful red steam engine, as well as Ginny's amazed face.
I put my arm around her shoulders and said, "well kid, no matter what house you're in, just know you can't replace me." I winked and ran off with Fred and George to give our trunks the to loading people.
The three of us climbed on to the busy train and found an empty compartment. We set our robes down and went back to the platform to say goodbye to Mr and Mrs Weasley.
"Bye Mum, bye dad," that Twins said together hugging them.
"Yeah, bye Mum and dad," I said chuckling and receiving hugs as well.
"We'll see you guys soon," mrs weasley answered with tears in her eyes. The twins and I exchanged a look before giving her an extra hug.
We then turned and waved as we jumped onto the starting train. Walking back to the compartment, we were stopped by none other then Marcus Flint, a crooked toothed, arse- hole in Slytherin.
"Get out of our way, flint." Fred said rolling his eyes.
"I just want a word with little princess over here." Flint said looking to me and smirking.
"Move or I'll nock your teeth straight, flint." I said glaring into his soul. He slightly panicked and moved aside letting us pass, also receiving a slight shove from George.
We got to the compartment and I sat next to the window and sighed. "What's wrong, Mar?" George asked sitting across from me.
"She's just upset because she hasn't heard from Oliver in two whole weeks." Fred answered from beside his brother.
"Of course not," I said. He wasn't wrong, though. All summer, Oliver and I had been writing back and forth, and I haven't heard from him for a while. "I just have a lot on my mind."
"Like Oliver, and how cute he looked when he catches a quaffel?" George mocked.
"You two are so immature." I grumbled standing up. I grabbed my school robes, "I'm going to go change."
I walked out of the compartment and towards the bathrooms, when I bumped into someone. "Sorry, I wasn't looking where I was going." I said looking up.
"It's okay, I wasn't either," Oliver said chuckling. "I, uh. I was wondering if maybe you wanted to-" Oliver was cut off by one of his friends down the corridor.
"Oliver! Let's go!" He said.
"I have to go." Oliver mumbled.
"I can tell." I laughed. "I have to change anyway."
"I'll see you at the feast then." Oliver said moving aside so I could pass.
"See you at the feast." I said gently pushing past him.
I walked down the corridor a little and looked back seeing him looking back as well. I quickly turned back around and walked into the bathroom.
After changing into my school robes I walked back to the twins and my compartment. Fred and George were already changed and a few minutes later the train pulled to a stop.
I jumped out onto the platform and jogged to the carriages with the twins on my heel. We were of the first to get up to the castle and sat in the great hall waiting for the sorting.
When it finally started I saw Ginny, who looked quite nervous. She looked over and waved. I smiled and waved back turning and pointing her out to the twins, who did there best to embarrass her, to no avail.
"Weasley, Ginevra." McGonagal called.
After a whole of two seconds of being on her head, the hat called out, "GRYFINDOR!" And we erupted into cheers.
