The tale of two lovers💕

|-Chapter 1-|• the first month•

Korra moved into the Sato estate. And so far it has been fun. They cuddled and made out... and other stuff. 

But not all the time. Since Korra was busy with her avatar responsibilities and Asami was busy with her company. They try to make time for each other but the job gets in their way. 

But Asami was concerned about Korra.

Korra was out on risky missions so of course Asami was troubled. She couldn't concentrate on her work without thinking about Korra

'What if she gets injured badly one day'

'What if someone tries to take her away'

There were so many 'what ifs'. And Asami couldn't stop assuming that something will happen.

Yeah, she knew that Korra was strong.

Like for the love of raava, she is the master of all elements. So why was Asami worrying so much?

-Asami pov-

I didn't get that much work done but I decided that it would be enough for today.

I told my assistant that I would be out for the day and I got in my Sato-mobile and went home. I hung my jacket, took off my shoes, and greeted the servants.

I went upstairs and took off my makeup. There wasn't much to do so I went to sleep.

-Korra pov-

Ughhh I have been on this mission for 2 weeks now and I still didn't find anything about that stupid thief. Ignorant President wining about his stupid stuff. Like can't he get another one? But now I had to go out and waste my time looking for this man instead of spending time with Asami.

and it's already midnight. I'm supposed to be sleeping right now but I heard about a group of thieves. They said that they meet up here every midnight to exchange junk. And here I am waiting for the past 20 minutes.

I'm getting bored. 

I decided to take a small nap while waiting.

*CRASH* "HELP" "HEL–"

"Huh" I got up quickly using my air bending to look around. I kept looking until I found a group of men surrounding two women. One of them holding one woman covering her mouth.

I jumped off the hiding place and sprinted to the thieves. I earth bent some rocks and threw it at them. It knocked one out but two of them dodge it and the other two fired back with bending. 

A fire and earth bender started attacking me and I dodged and fought back. I was backing up looking around for water and I saw a barrel full of water and I bended some water on two of them freezing them in place.

The other three kept attacking with earth and fire. I ran up and uppercut him in the jaw and kicked him in the stomach.  I imprisoned him in a lump of rock and I punched fire at the other two crooks. The earthbender flung a border at me and I made an effort to dodge it but I slammed into my left leg badly and I got knocked over. It hurt like hell but I had to keep fighting. 

I used my fire bending to lift myself and I grabbed some water and threw ice shards. The fire bender melted most of them but three of it managed to stab him in the leg and arm. He yelled in pain and tried to crawl over to the earth bender. 

The earth bender shoved him and ran at me. He lunged on me tossing punches every moment he could. I swung my arm and a chunk of rock popped out and knocked him at a shop. 

I looked at the duo and asked them if they were okay. They ran up to me helping me up.

"Oh my! Thank you so much." One of them said.

"Here Iets me help you, don't worry I'm a nurse" she took a medkit out of her purse and cleaned some of my cuts, and wrapped them up. Then she checked my leg. "Ouch sorry about your leg, it's looks broken"

"Yeah seems like it, do you have a water bottle by any chance," I asked her. 

"I do, here" the other woman gave me a bottle and I opened it and bent the water out and started healing my leg.

"Thank gosh it's not broken, it's just really bruised up and I think it's a sprain but it'll be fine" I notified her. Her shoulder relaxed and my leg felt a bit better after healing it a little.

After thanking them and returning back to the inn. I walked into my room and slammed the door. I was pissed off because it was another failure. And my leg hurted like shit. I flopped into my bed and fell asleep.
