Amelia's POV:
I heard a knocking at my dorm room's door I opened it up expecting it to be Ashley or Lindsay because they occasionally forget their room key only to find it to be the one person I've been avoiding. He seems so somber compared to the times I've seen him before almost as if he's given up on the hope of something that I just can't put my finger on. But before I could close the door in hopes of keeping my distance from him he speaks " If you want me to leave then just say but I want you to I'm willing to fight for whatever is going on between us. All I'm asking for is an explanation of why you've been ignoring my messages and all of my calls." At that moment I knew there was no more running if I told him to leave I would lose the one person that I've come to depend on so I did the only logical thing I let him into my dorm room preparing to tell him something that I knew would change the way he looked at me forever.
Jake's POV:
I didn't know what to expect when she opened that door but I knew there was no way that I was letting her get away without a fight, so when she let me in I knew that she was taking a large leap of faith but what I did know was what she planned on telling me.
