Ch-8|The Mighty Food War and Mission.

(Player's pov)

"Man, that's harsh." "I know, we were fighting side by side. She was super fast and I threw a banana at the guy, which sounds gross, but it was awesome. Even more awesome was how this guy right here, *points at Player, who waves at the duo*, dealt with Roman with a scythe that's twice as big as him." I was walking with Tyrel, Sun and a blue-haired friend of Sun, Neptune Vasilias, to the cafeteria while listening to the latter duo gossip a bit. It was a few days since Frisk and Chara had left with Team CVFY and Prof. Port on their mission. At the day before their departure, Ozpin called me and told me to go to his office, where he briefed me, with Team CVFY, in on their mission that was recently chosen for them. After I called my team in and discussed with them and everyone else, I opted for Frisk and Chara to go with them, since they have a great synergy with eachother, both in battle and outside it. Team CVFY, after some convincing from both me and Ozpin, soon caved in and allowed them to be in the mission on the condition that the Duo were responsible for any injury or harm that affects those two. So, at the next day, before they left, I gave Frisk and Chara six plates of Butterscotch Cinnamon Pie, which were the healing variant, and told them to use it if anyone was in grave danger and in need of immediate medical treatment, and also told them to listen to what Prof. Port and Coco would say during the mission. However, I also added that they should not hesitate to do things that will help the mission in the long run. And with that, they went off to their mission.

"Those two really do like to gossip. But tell me this. What are the chances that the lighting will be just perfectly placed to sparkle Neptune's smile when he posed himself, like come on, how did that happen?" Tyrel whispered to me, to which I whispered back, "I don't know. This world is weird in many ways, and logic is one of them. Besides, *looks into the cafeteria through a window* I think something exciting is happening inside the cafeteria."

Tyrel looked into through the window and saw that the cafeteria was now experiencing any school's worst nightmare: Food fight, or in this case, Food war. Both of us looked at eachother with amusement written on our faces as we looked forward to see a wave of students rushing out of the cafeteria. We both waited until it subsided and then entered the cafeteria.

What we saw was not what I expected, though seeing Jaune getting yeeted onto a window was supposed to have given us an idea of what was happening. A literal food war was happening, with the participants being Teams RWBY and JNPR. They were all fighting with food item in such a manner that you'd think that they were in a duel. I was wondering how in the world did the baguettes still stay in shape after being hit an unnatural amount of times as I summoned two edible version of the Legendary Hero sandwiches and gave on to Tyrel, who took one and instantly started eating while looking at the chaos that is occurring. Jevil would have been proud of this situation.

Yang, using turkeys as impromptu gauntlets, punched watermelons that were thrown by Team JNPR, then Blake and Pyrrha attacked eachother with baguettes as swords. Then Ruby came skating into the battlefield with a food tray, against all known laws of nature, and knocked Pyrrha away, prompting Ren and Nora to intercept her. Weiss, however, came in with a ketchup bottle and used it to make Ren slip. (Sans is currently crying at this.) But, even with a swordfish, she was no match for Nora and her watermelon hammer and got knocked out, flying onto a pillar and breaking it. Ruby managed to grab her before the debris fell on her as I teleported me and Tyrel to them. Tyrel immediately went to some tables and carried them to make a makeshift fort.
