"Do you want to wait inside while I get ready? Mom and Grandma are home." YJ asks Seo Joon as she slides the van door open.

"Next time. I need to pick something up, then we'll come back for you."

"Sounds good. Thanks for driving manager-nim." YJ waves to oppa's manager in the driver seat.

"It's good to have you back YJ."

Seo Joon leans against the van door as he watches YJ walk towards him. He thought about the florist's reaction when he picked up a bouquet and wondered if he'd be reading about it the next morning.

YJ's outfit was simple, black sweater with a shiny black leather skirt. She didn't usually wear much makeup, but she was feeling spicy so she put on smokey eye shadow and tall white boots.

"I missed this." Seo Joon tugs on a long strand of her natural curly hair.

YJ immediately slaps his hand, "Lets go. We're going to be late." She walks past him and climbs into the car. Oppa laughs to himself as he closes her door.

"You wear a lot more makeup now that you're a famous actor."

Seo Joon turns to find YJ's face close to his as she examines his skin. He holds his breathe—slightly self conscious.

"It's so perfect, not a single blemish."

"Why does that not sound like a compliment coming from you? It almost sounds like you're disgusted actually. And put your seatbelt on."

YJ slaps his arm and laughs it off. "You're pretty, you're pretty" she assures him as she buckles in.

They arrive at Seo Joon's cafe where he arranged for YJ's final performance on her 6 month tour. It's an intimate space with a vintage Bösendorfer on a small stage almost level with the rest of the tables.

"Tickets sold out quick so we had to squeeze in a couple more seats." Oppa tells her after greeting his employees. "Might be a tight fit."

"Cozy" YJ replies, looking around the slightly underground space she grew to love. Her family will probably sit at one of these front tables, "Don't forget grandma only gets one glass of wine."

Oppa laughs, "I won't, we wouldn't want her dance moves to compete with your performance."

"She'd win."

"Definitely. But if you were to dance...now that would be a different story."

YJ bowed to a standing ovation and smiled at her family. Seeing her mom, brother, grandma and grandpa together was enough to convince her she had to be the happiest girl in the world, at least for a second.

She allows herself a brief moment of weakness and wishes her dad was here too. It had already been 4 years since he passed away from a badly timed infection and weak immune system, but it's not a loss she'll forget anytime soon. Both she and her brother inherited their love for music from their dad who used to be a piano teacher.

Seo Joon oppa walks on stage with a bouquet of wild flowers and a glass of wine. She gladly takes both and joines her family for a fun rest of the night.

The next morning, Future Bounce (P.K and Dee.P's producing duo) met with the boss for a progress update. A video recording of Yedam and YJ in the studio plays on the large tv on the adjacent wall.

"I haven't seen your sister in years, she grew up well."

P.K bows his head in thanks.

"They sound good together, I like what's happening. I don't think I'm alone in thinking we should be signing her?"

Dee.P laughs quietly in response to the boss' statement.

P.K sits up straighter in his seat, "I've definitely brought it up with her before, but YJ wasn't interested. She tours all around the world half of the year and does whatever she wants the rest of the year..."

P.K pauses to take a breathe.

"...and by some chance, if she agreed to sign with us, I doubt she'd agree to tour with Yedam and Treasure for the live performances."

The boss taps his fingers on the table and stares at the tv as his assistance replayed the video.

"Call her in, I want to meet with her."

YJ loudly exhales as soon as the door closes behind the boss and his assistant. She turns to her brother and gives him a blank stare.

"..."

"Don't do that, you look like a dead person." Despite her expression, P.K couldn't help but smile.

"I can't believe you let me get ambushed like that." YJ looks down and picks at her sleeve. She didn't actually blame him, but she wasn't sure if she made the right decision.

"You did a good job negotiating, this isn't going to change much. You still get to perform and travel for half the year. Now you just have YG's support."

"And I'll have to sing on stage and be in music videos."

"That too."

YJ looks at her brother for one more second before she turns around, "Dinner and drinks are on you tonight."

"Of course."

"I'm getting two portions of Hanwoo."

"Fine."

"and sashimi."

"Get out."
