Johnson can't stand Gilinsky, but Gilinsky is persistent.

A/N: I wanted to update earlier, but my mind was blank af , so I'm sorry. I took my first midterm. It was math which I'm pretty good at so it wasn't bad, and then I got to leave early so today was easy for me.

As Jack Johnson walked through the hallway, he was cautious. It wasn't that he was bullied, definitely not. He was trying to avoid someone though.

Getting to his rusty red colored locker, he smirked to himself. He had gone unnotic-

"Hey baby boy." The rich voice of Jack Gilinsky rang from behind him, making the hairs on his neck stand.

JJ internally sighed, turning around to stare at the boy.

"Hello, Gilinsky. To what do I owe your wonderful presence?" He asked sarcastically, trying not to ogle the taller boy.

Sure, he doesn't like him. Doesn't mean he isn't hot.

"Well a kiss would be nice" he flirted resting his hands on Johnson's waist, dangerously close to his ass.

Johnson shrugged out of his grip. "In your dreams, eyebrows."

Gilinsky smirked, eyes smiling devilishly. "Oh, I've definitely dreamed about it."

JJ's face contorted in disgust. "You're gross. "

"You're hot." Gilinsky fired back bluntly.

"How about me, you, and a scary movie?" Gilinsky asked cockily, waiting anxiously for an answer.

"I have a boyfriend." Johnson lied. Well, not really. Him and Matt Espinosa have a small thing going on, but Matt likes some guy named Carter.

Gilinsky raised one of his perfect eyebrows.

"That Espinosa kid? He's got the hots for that Asian kid that everyone calls Ling Ling" (A/N: You people know who you are.)

"I guess you're right, but-" "I'll pick you up at 7 cutie." Gilinsky cuts him off, winking at him before leaving him alone at his locker.

JJ grunts, wondering who hates him and why before walking to his next class.

"Jack, someone is at the door waiting for you!" His mother calls up the stairs, grinning knowingly.

Johnson groans. He told his mother to tell anyone asking for him to leave, but obviously she didn't listen. All he wanted was to binge watch Ridiculousness and eat junk food, but of course that isn't happening.

"Coming" he said boredly, throwing on black hoodie, black jeans and black Vans before running down the stairs, gasping at the sight.

"Hello, gorgeous. I know we're only going to the movies, but I got you these." Gilinsky smiled, handing over some red roses.

Johnson blushed. "Thank you. That's very sweet. " He pecked Gilinsky's cheek before placing the roses in a nearby vase.

"Mom, I'll be home in a couple of hours. " He yelled to his mom.

"Alright sweetie. I'll see you then. " She responded, waving to her son.

As Johnson and Gilinsky walked in the theater, JJ reached for Jack's hand. Jack smiled.

They stood in the ticket line and got their tickets before walking to the concession stand.

"Here's a twenty. I have to use the bathroom, but I'll be right back" Gilinsky said before walking to the restroom.

"Hi, I'm Nash. But you can call me your next boyfriend." A guy with icy blue eyes smiled creepily.

"I'm Jack. You can call me uninterested." He muttered, turning the other way.

"Sassy, I like it." He purred, snaking an arm around his waist.

Jack groaned. Where is Gilinsky?

"He's not interested." Gilinsky's velvety voice range out. He pulled Johnson away from him, and JJ buried himself in Jack's chest.

"Whatever." Nash grunted, leaving the line.

"Thanks, Gilinsky." Johnson smiled, hugging the taller boy who grinned down at him.

"No problem, gorgeous."

The boys got into the car, both glowing happily.

They both had a great time at the movies. Jack held JJ every time he got scared, and they just enjoyed each other's company.

He finally pulled up in front of the Johnsons house.

"I had a great time, Jack. I hope we can do this again soon." Johnson smiled before reaching over and pressing a lingering kiss on Jack's lips.

"Text me soon." JJ winked before running into his house, a huge smile on his face.

Jack grinned from ear to ear before pulling out his phone and opening a new message.
