summury: jake is gone on a buissness trip and tara and their daughter go to pick him up 

Tara POV:

" baby wake up" i lightly shook my daughter allison. today my buitiful husband jake was coming back from his trip to NYC. i shook her lightly again and her buitiful blue eyes fluttered open. " what mommy its saturday let me sleep"she mumbeled in her sleep. i chuckeled slightly before saying " but baby daddys coming home today don't you want to see him?". she jolted awake and stared jumping up and down on her bed and kept saying daddys coming home daddys coming home. i could not help but laugh at her cutness. " his flight land in an hour so we have to leave and we can get food on the way. ok" i said as i went to her closet. "ok mommy. but can i please wear my no name hoddie?" she asked with puppy eyes. i sighed because i knew i would not be able to say no to her. " ok fine baby." . "YAY" she screamed. i took out her no name hoodie with a yummy shirt and some XPLR jogger. " put these on and then come down ok baby" i said with a warm smil and kissed her on the head before going out of the room.

i had not seen my husbant in 6 weeks. he was on a buissness trip in NYC. we tried to facetime eachother almost everyday but it was hard. with me handiling the house and allison and him being in and out of meeting all the time. and also because of the time diffrence. i remember last night before i put allison to bed her being really exited to see jake. he also called last night saying he had a surprise for allison which only made her more exited. he called me after allison had fell asleep saying that he had a present for me too. which i was exited for because he always got the best gifts.as i was lost in my thoughts allison came down looking very cute. the 8 year old had her hair in a pony tail swing behind her as she hopped down the stairs. " lets goooooooo" and with that we hopped into the car. 

"are we there yet?" allison asked figiting with her seatbelt in the back of exitment. " yeah the i am trying to find parking so we can go inside ..... oh theres a spot!" i said as i pulled into the second spot in the lane. i got out and unbuceled allisons seatbelt. we went to the turmenel exit jake was sapossed to come out of. we waited atleast five minitues and then saw him come up the escalator with 2 presents and his suitcase. he came up all the way and allison ran up to him and jumped in his arms wrapping her legs around his waist and arms around his neck." i missed you daddy" allison said her head burried in jakes neck. " i missed you to baby" jake said hugging her tight. i puickly took my phone out and took a picture of the cutess sight in front of me. " um... hello you wife the person that gave birth to your daughter is still here so....." i said with an annoyed tone. " yea i didn't forget" he said and put allison down and came to me. i put my arms around his neck and he snaked his arm around my waist pulling me impossibly closer. he pulled away but not completely and placed a soft and long kiss on my lips. god i missed this so much. we fiannily pulled away and looked in eachothers eyes. " i love you " he said " i love you too" i said and pecked his lips once more. " letss gooooo hoooome" allison whined. jake and i chuckeled and went out. 

time skip back at the house 

when we came back to the house jake gave allison and me the gifts he got. he got allison a gucci bag. and got me a gucci purse and a necklace with ' jara 💖' carved into it. when he gave it to me i almost started crying. after that we decided on whaching a movie after jake showered. when jake went into the shower me and allison chose the movie and got everything ready. jake came out of the shower and we all got on the couch and fell asleep in each others arms 

it was perfect
