Chapter 24

Damian POV

We were listening to what was happening since Marinette forgot to hang up or put us on mute. And with everything that was said made us even more angry. But then the sound of Marinette getting slapped was the last straw.

And when my brothers saw my face theirs actually paled. Even Todd's which actually took a lot to do. They quickly made sure all my weapons in my room I wouldn't be able to get.

"WHAT DO YOU THINK YOUR DOING?! WHAT GIVES YOU THE RIGHT TO SMACK SOMEONE WHO WAS POINTING THINGS OUT!!!!" I heard gasps then running. Then there were giggles and laughs.

"Hey Kuroi honō I think some of them peed themselves. And thanks I don't know what would of happened if you didn't intervene. Also what were you going to ask me?"

"Well ˈˈānjəl I was wondering Wǒ xiǎng zhīdào nǐ shìfǒu yāo yuēhuì. Wǒ de jiārén hé nǐ de bānjí zhè cì dōu méiyǒu dǎrǎo." My brothers looked confused. But then I broke out into a smile.

"SHI!!" I smiled at that. My brothers just looked confused. I was grateful they didn't know chinese. But then it downed on me. And from the looks of it Marinette.

"Dāng wǒ de jiārén fà xiàn hòu huì zěnyàng? Bù zhǐshì māmā, bàba, āyí, shūshu hé wǒ de zǔfùmǔ. Dànshì wǒ de péngyǒu hé chāojí qiúyuán dōu bāokuò zài nèi." I gulped at that. I wouldn't just have just one super after me but three. No scratch that four including supergirl. And I can never forget Lois.

"Hěn liǎojiě kèlākè, tā yǐjīng gàosù jiārénle. Zhè yìwèizhe tā de zhěnggè jiātíng dōu yǐ gàozhī qí dà jiātíng, bāokuò kèlākè de yǎng fùmǔ hé biǎomèi chāonǚ." She groaned at that. So we could deal with our separate groups. And my brothers started to spout questions at me giving me a headache.

Marinette POV

I turned to look at my friend's to see questioning looks. I smiled and couldn't hide it. They knew something was up. But then there was a knock at the door. I got up and answered it. There stood Jon I smiled at him and he returned it.

"What are you doing here Jon?" I sensed my friends were close by listening. To which I whispered to him knowing he would hear it. "My friends are listening." I nodded then answered.

"Well I wanted to know you and your friends were doing. Also I wanted to talk to you in private." I nodded at that.

"I'll be back later! And Chloe can catch up with Jon when we get back!" After that I left hearing spluttering. Jon face was red but I just kept going. He led me to the top of the hotel. "Okay are we talking here or going somewhere else?" He smirked before picking me up and shooting into the sky. I squieked at that and quickly wrapped my arms around him so I wouldn't fall.

He then went forward and sooner we're in apartment. He set me down and I looked around. But then three people entered the room. I looked at them surprised to see Clark, Lois and who I assume to be Conner. "Um what am I doing here?" I asked not understanding what going on.

"I told Jon, Lois and Conner about you and it seems that they wanted to meet you and it seems they couldn't wait." Clark explained to me. I nodded in understanding but still processing. I sighed then introduced myself.

"Well Clark has probably already told you but I'm Marinette Dupain Cheng."

"Hey sweetie I'm Lois." I smiled at her and turned to the other boy in the room. He seemed to be studying me though.

"And you must be Conner it's nice to meet you all." They all smiled at me. Conner then asked a question that was on all of their minds. Which I knew would come up.
