Chapter 2

Alyona

In two hours I was to turn 18 and get my mate. Hopefully he was in this pack. I was washing dishes that my family left. My mom was in her room talking to a friend while my dad and brother were watching tv. After I was done I went and showered and came back down. "Hey it's almost midnight" I said and they stopped watching and looked at me "Yeah and?" Brennan said "well I'm gonna be 18 and gets my wolf and mate?" I said "Who cares?" Brennan said again.

My dad stayed silent still watching tv and I felt like crying again, I heard my mom behind me coming down the stairs "Alyona move please" she said and I moved out of the way "Hey mom." She stopped "Yes?" "It's almost midnight, I'll be 18 soon" she smiles "Thats good honey" and kept walking. I signed and just left my house and went into the forest. I couldn't understand what there problem is.

All of sudden I felt my bones shift and crack and I screamed as my body changed into a wolf. My fur was white like snow and I had sharp teeth "Yes you do!" "Wait who that?" " I'm your wolf. Do you have a name for me?" "Oh uhm yes I think Freya is a nice name" "Freya is nice I like it!" I like my wolf already. I let her take control and we ran high speed around the forest. She howled loud at the moon. And someone returned the howl "Mate!" She said and ran toward the howl and a brown wolf meet us half way.

We sniff each other and he turned back human and it was none other then Bryson and I was shocked that my mate was alpha making me his Luna. I shifted back and he looked at me confused "Alyona?" I nodded. We stared at each other as we was naked. "This can't happen. I'm sorry. Your not Luna material" I felt my heart break and I felt tears fall "why? I can do whatever you want Bryson please don't for this." He sighed "I'm sorry Alyona but I just can't and I love Trisha too" I felt my anger rise.

"I, Bryson reject you as my mate" he said and I stared at him and cried but I felt like there was no use in denying that I won't even have a chance with him "I, Alyona accept your rejection" and our bond broke and became dust. He nods and say sorry one more time and fazed and ran away. I feel on my knees and cried my heart out in the forest.

After a few hours I fazed back into wolf and let Freya take control and take me home. Soon I was in our backyard and I walked into the house, my family was eating breakfast "Where the hell were you?" Brennan asked and I ignored him and went upstairs and took a shower and went to sleep. "Don't worry Alyona, he will realize his mistake" Freya said and I felt tears come out again and I felt asleep.
