~~~yn pov~~~

I pout at sans "i'm not that short" he is only 5 '5 im 5'1. I run back to grillby and give him a kiss on the cheek. Then we all walk into the park. I tag frisk then run ahead of her. We play on the playaquipment when sans gets a call. "Ok yeah we will be there in a flash bye paps. Yn this is the point ur date can officially start it's time for Frisk cooking lesson c'mon kiddo time to-go." he held his hand out for my favorite cousin. Which she literally ignored jumping onto his back before she waves goodbye then they are gone in a flash of blue!

After they teleported away I asked grillby to push me on the swing for a bit and he did. After I was at my desired height he joined me on the other swing.we just swung and mindlessly chit chat about nothing in particular and after about a good fifteen minutes my stomach started to rumble . I blush and look at him ! " do u want to go home " he looks at me and shakes his head .he gently helps me off the swing and leads me to a nearby clearing and melts the snow until the ground around us is dry he snaps his fingers and a decent sized picnic basket appears " i made us food while you were changing its (insert fav picnic food) i thought you might like it.

We sat and enjoyed the food together. When I finished I laid my head on his lap. "Is this the end of today or do you have a plan for what to do next?" he just nodded his head and said there are a few more things planned. On our way back to town we bumped into a happy barking royal guard dog that wanted head pats. His name was lesser dog. As I gave him head patts his neck got longer and longer it was so funny after a bit grillby gave him a treat and we kept walking back to snowdin town. I had noticed a nice shop with the smell of sweets coming from it. Grillby introduced me to the nice bunny monster that ran the shop. She smiled and gave me a cinnamon bun on the house "any friend of grillby's is a friend of mine it looks like yall are enjoying yourselves go on shoo go have fun he never gets out!"

I giggled and pulled him out of the store. We walked around as I ate my treat. We started heading out of snowdin to a place called Waterfall. I looked at Grillby with concern " is it safe for you?" he smiled nodding and explained that he is made out of magic fire and wont go out. After his short explanation I calmed down . When we arrived I was amazed at the scene before me . beautiful blues and greens, with these flowers that seemed to be glowing that perfectly matched the glowing waterfall the distance .

~~Grillby's pov~~

I couldn't bring myself to look away from Yn! The way she admired the echo flowers . I lead her to a small patch " these flowers are echo flowers they repeat what they hear last." I pick one up and whisper I love you and hand it to her . Yn blushes as she listens to my message.

I ask her what she wants to do. She said she wants to play truth-or-dare. I smirk, this is gonna be fun. I look her in the eyes and ask "truth or dare little flame?" she picked dare rather boldly ok she is gonna regret that . " I dare you to do your best sexy crawl towards me!" she blushes more pink than mettaton's wardrobe . She attempts to do it seriously but fails and face plants next to me laughing hysterically. " your turn hun truth or dare?" I chuckled nervously "truth." She asked me why do i call her my little flame. " because you are just so short and hot my love"she pushes my arm lightly

~yn pov~

"Ok ok just one more truth or dare"I asked him with a small smile across my face.

"Truth" I giggled "who is Marie you said her name in your sleep?" his face changed to one with a bittersweet smile as he hesitates to answer . "She was my lover of sorts before the war. I will explain further another time." I cuddle up to his chest before Grillby gets up to set up camp for the night. I doze of rather quickly in his arms in the sleeping bag he brought i wonder what tomorrow will bring
