Infected Octonauts AU

Chapter 5

It has been 2 weeks since you left for your long mission alone but you are now finally heading back to the Octonauts.
"Phew. 2 weeks & now I'm heading back to the Octonauts. I can't wait to see everyone again." You said
You turned on a screen for directions to find the Octopod. You found them shown on the screen & started to drive yourself there.

You have been driving for a while now. The screen shows you that you were almost there to the Octopod. You noticed that the area you're driving was getting dark & shadowy. You started to get a bit anxious.
You also saw the creatures living in the area, they looked emotionless with their eyes are in different colors. There were a lot of them.

"Huh? I don't remember seeing creatures like them like that nor have colorful eyes. Maybe they are not well? I can get the crew to help me check them out" you thought

Luckily you have spotted the Octopod parked by the giant seamount. You call for Twee to open the hatch to enter.
"Hello, Twee, I'm back. You can open the hatch now. Hello? Hello? Are you there?" You asks
There was no answer.
"Well... I guess I have to open it up myself." You said
You put on your swimming gear, left the Gup, & swam to the hatch to open it. You tried to knock on it, but it's didn't open.

You then grabbed the hatch doors to push them up, it worked & you quickly swam inside. You pressed a button to open the hatch door.
"Finally! It wasn't easy but it was worth it." You said then swim back outside to drive the Gup inside.
As you were driving up to the launch bay... you come up to a twisted shock seeing many dead sea creatures floating in the water.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHH!"
You scream at the top of your lungs seeing this. You quickly drove up to the launch bay away from the floating dead creatures but that had you thinking about what they were even doing here.
After driving up the the launch bay, you see that it looked pretty dark & empty.

"Hello? Twee? Turny? I'm here! Where are you?" You shout
There was no answer from them.
You decided to go look for the crew yourself. Since it was dark, you luckily found a flashlight to use. You climbed up a ladder to check out the Octopod.

     You climbed up to the HQ... then you were filled with shock. There was blood all over the place.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH!!!OH MY GOD!!! N-no! They can't be!"
You were getting really worried of the crew. You took a closer look to see what happened & gather some evidence until you had stepped on something. You look down to see what it is you stepped on.

"The picture..?"
It was the picture that you took before you left for your mission.
You were about to pick it up to investigate without touching the glass until you hear something from behind.
It sounded like savage growling.
You turned around to see who made that sound...

BAM!!!
You ended up getting knocked out by whoever hit you.

     You slowly start to wake up from your unconsciousness. It felt like you had been out for hours.
"Ngh... ow... what was that?"
You tried to remember what happened that got you unconscious, unfortunately you couldn't remember who hit you. You decided to continue looking for the crew. You need answers. You need to find out what is going on.
