18 - Untold Secrets

Eren's P.o.V.

The announcement spread through the office floor like wildfire.

Guess what? It happened all too quick. Audrey moved the wedding next week. She didn't gave me a reason, all she said was

"The sooner, the better" and there she walked out of my office.

I ran a hand through my hair. A lot of stuffs kept happening lately, This and [f/n]'s confession.

[f/n]...what now? I didn't confessed my feelings to her that day because our feelings weren't mutual.

I still love her. The love I feel for her right now is still the same love I've felt before.

[f/n]'s P.o.V.

"What?" I asked once more.

"Eren and Audrey's wedding was moved to next week!" Sasha.shouts.

"Don't shout" Mikasa said. Jean shook his head.

"I heard Audrey is the one who moved it, not Eren". Connie scoffed.

"damn, Audrey's really desperate to do it with Eren" he broke down laughing. Sasha has a look of disgust same as mine. I smacked the back of Connie's (buzz-cut) head.

"Gross" I said and Sasha nods. Connie rubbed the part I smacked.

"Ow, ow, I was just kidding!"

"Then make it funny" Sasha said.

And the arguement gone on between Connie and Sasha.

To be honest, I ship these two. They were perfect, though they kept arguing.

Mikasa stood up and went to the door, she gestured for me to follow and I did.

After getting out of my office then closing the door, Mikasa turned to me.

"How was your talk with Eren?" I leant my back on the door.

"It was okay, I told him everything. I forgot to tell him that its Hanji's fault though" I chuckled "But I settled things between us. I finally moved on" I stretched my hands up and slid myself down until I sat on the carpet floor.

Mikasa sat down beside me. "You know...when you left the house, he looks broken" she said.

I turned my head to her.

"Broken?"

"Broken"

"What do you mean by that?"

"Like...he's broken because you moved on"

"Huh?"

Mikasa said then looked up at the ceiling.

"He still loves you"

I furrowed my eyebrows. Still love me? he proposed to Audrey.

"No he doesn't"

"Did he confessed it to you?"

I paused for a while. Well, I kept.cutting him off when we were talking, so he didn't say much. I slowly shook my head.

"No, he didn't say nor confessed anything" Mikasa exhales, closing her eyes briefly then opens them.

"Maybe he didn't said anything because he still loves you. Your feelings weren't mutual" I shook my head again.

"I don't want to talk about this Mikasa...he proposed to Audrey and I don't want to go back" Mikasa nodded.

"I'm sorry"

"Its okay"

There was silence for a while.

"I'll tell Eren it was all Hanji's idea by the way" I stood up and so did Mikasa.

She nodded and gone back into my office.

I went to Eren's office this time.

I opened the door without even knocking. Cuz' who cares? he's a friend.

"Hey beotch"

He looked up immediately.

"Care to knock first? you scared the living shit out of me"

I stepped backwards to the open door and knocked on it, then I saunter back to him.

"Wow. Amazing" he said sarcastically. "Whats up?"

I shrugged. "I forgot to tell you that all of those plans to get you back was Hanji's doing" I raised.my hands up "I'm innocent"

"What?!"

After telling Eren that all of these are Hanji's doing. He was going cray. And I just laughed right there at his reaction.

I went to the restroom after that.

I pushed the door open and went in. I got in front of the mirror and looked at myself. I fixed my hair and stuffs when I heard faint sobs in one of the cubicles.

I looked behind me. The sobs were coming from the last cubicle on the left.

I walked there slowly and pushed the slightly open door to see who was crying. A familiar figure hugging her knees to her chest came into view.

It was Audrey. She was sobbing. Almost to the point of crying. Her head was buried between her folded arms on her knees.

"Audrey?"

"H-huh?" she looked up. Its the first time I saw her cry.

Her sad face broke into an angry one. She wiped her tears quickly and glared at me.

"What do you want?" I blinked and tried hard not to glare back.

"Why are you crying?"

"None of your business"

"Your weird" I said "Your wedding is moved next week, you should be happy"

"ITS THE FUCKING WEDDING! OKAY?!"

Her sudden outburst made me flinch. She panted heavily.

"W-whats with the wedding?" I was shaking a bit. This is the first time I saw Audrey angry...or even mad.

"Its none of you fucking business" she stood up "You won't understand" she walked pass me, purposely bumping her shoulder onto mine. I stumbled back a bit.

"...Your not me.." she muttered as she passed by me.

'Your not me?' what is going on with her?

She stood in front of the mirror and re-touched her make up.

"Not a single word about what you saw back there" she said while putting on her mascara.

She finishes and kept her make-up kit. She turned to me and narrowed her eyes.

After putting on her make-up, she looks like she didn't even cried at all, except her swollen eyes

"Not. A Single. Word" she turned away and walked out of the restroom.

I blinked.
