Hoseok exited from Aveline's room.
Blame overrode his heart as his heavy steps led him to the living room where the boys were patiently waiting for him. Six pairs of worried eyes pinned themselves onto the man as they waited for an explanation.
The tall male took a seat on an empty spot on the sofa. He clasped his fingers together, took in a deep breath before telling them exactly what happened.
Taehyung looked like he was about to cry after Hoseok finished. "Something like that happened to her?" Taehyung's hand made its way to his chest which squeezed in pain.
To Taehyung, Aveline is like a sibling. She's someone he grew up with and there will always be a place in his heart reserved for her. Knowing that she had experienced something so horrible, he couldn't help but be sad and angry. Someone precious to him had undergone something like that.
The other boys had similar reactions, they were all frustrated that they weren't able to do anything about it.
"It should have been captured by the surveillance cameras. We can use that as evidence to file for a restraining order." Yoongi spoke up and broke through the tense silence. They nod in consensus. That was the best solution for Aveline's situation then.
"What are we going to do about her?" Jin's serious tone was a contrast to his usually bright and easy-going disposition. They had to find a way to fix back the pieces of her heart no matter how tedious the task was going to be.
"How about this?" Hoseok said after much thought. He brought his hands over the shoulders of the men who sat next to him which caused the group to form a small circle as they huddled around to listen to the plan.
"We can try that, anything to cheer her up." Taehyung's mood brightened just a little. He didn't want to see Aveline be sad. He wanted to help her overcome it and he was willing to sacrifice anything for the girl he treated as a sister.
"I doubt she'll be leaving her room for the next few days, we can take this time to prepare everything." Hoseok sighed.
If Aveline had been there, she would have cried again. Not because of the traumatising incident , but because of the considerate actions from the seven boys. She would've cried even harder knowing the plan stemmed from Hoseok; the man who used to dislike her so much.
The plan took action starting that night. Jimin and Taehyung were put in charge of guarding Aveline's door in case she decides to leave her room to go anywhere but the restroom. Namjoon and Jungkook were in charge of buying the necessary supplies while Jin and Yoongi prepared the other things. Hoseok was the only one who oversaw everything, helping out whenever he could with each area. All seven of them were busy but if it's for Aveline, they were willing to do so much more.
As such, three days flew by in the blink of an eye.
Jimin and Taehyung have arrived home from work and are ready to resume their duties to guard Aveline's room.
With Taehyung visiting the restroom, Jimin is left alone as he leans against the cold wall. However, the door suddenly opens, catching the black-haired boy by surprise. He looks up only to meet Aveline's confused eyes. Jimin is up on his feet in a matter of seconds.
"What are you doing?" She opens the door wider and exits. "It's not meal time yet, why are you just sitting outside my room like that?" Aveline stands still as she waits for Jimin to say something.
"Uh—" The door to the restroom opens just in time to save Jimin. Taehyung looks equally stunned seeing Aveline standing out of her room. For the past three days, she only came out during meal time to visit the restroom and that was it, she never came out at other times so this caught them off guard.
