"No!" Phoenix cried from behind them, he willed water on the burning room but the fire kept growing. "Stop, Leonardo!" He pleaded, making his way through flames towards them but the fire was great. "You're going to hurt you both?" His words of warning fell on deaf ears. When he reached both men their bodies were already filled with flames that surged from one body into the other. The brightness of the room grew into the sky, darkening the day, and turning it into the night.

Phoenix, having gotten a better angle channeled his source towards them, a single blast flew out from his hands hitting both men and throwing them apart from each other.

Leonardo turned towards him, eyes searing but he didn't attack as behind Phoenix stood his other mates.

His heart returned to normal as his body took its original form.

A low grunt sounded from beside him and he turned to find his brother making a throaty choking cry, hands gripping onto his neck tightly as he fought for life.

"He's dying," Phoenix whispered. He tried to stop it.

Tried to save them both.

"No!" Both man and beast cried. Leonardo grabbed his brother's body and held onto him. "No, baby, please don't leave me, don't you dare leave me, not again."

"But, I never left..." Dirk whispered. "Y-you left me." He stuttered, hot tears dripped into his arms marking his skin but he held on tighter.

"I won't let you go, not now, not ever."

"I'm so sorry for sending my Rogues to attack our Pack and for killing your Fox."

"I forgive you...just don't leave me." Thrift saw Leonardo wasn't going to handle this well and so he pushed him inside and took over his body. Swift surfaced on seeing him and together they both willed their other halves at ease and slowly Thrift whispered the words he should have said centuries ago as his brother faded away in a cloud of dark smokes. "I love you."

Two months had passed since the death of his brother and both Alphas along with Phoenix's healing powers had helped guard Thrift and Leonardo back to normality.

The night sparked with its brightest of moon and preparations were ongoing for their bonding ceremony.

"Are you ready for your big day, Alpha?" Both Betas asked, walking into the room where they found both Thrift and Leonardo staring at the healed yet marked spots on his arms where Swift had left his tears.

"I believe he's found peace in the Calm Ethereal," Aiden spoke.

"And he's waiting on your return so you two can finish from where you both stopped." Malin attempted at making him laugh which worked surprisingly.

"He is, isn't he?"

"Oh, I bet my sexy mate he will be...that brother of yours never quits, he's going to have you one way or another." They all chuckled.

"No, no, it's in this life or the next." Aiden corrected and together they helped their Alpha get ready for the night. "And since he didn't get to have you in this life, he will in the next."

All three Alphas were shirtless as they stood in a circle with Phoenix in the center of them, their hands touched his hands, back, and chest.

The rest of their Packs members gathered around.

Malin and Aiden held hands behind Leonardo. Osiris and Liam stood with hands laced behind Quillon. Kano and Xander stood with hands held tightly behind Kawan. Their wolves present in their eyes as their colors flashed in the night.

A little girl walked towards them bearing in both hands a ring scepter. As she stood there smiling at the Alphas, the three Elders approached them and all went silent.

The first Elder began to speak. "We are gathered here tonight under the blessings of the Goddess who have given to us her son and has united our Packs with our Alphas as one." He took the ring scepter from the little girl and held it up high.

"Tonight marks the beginning of a new era." The second Elder placed his hand on the scepter and continued to speak. "We shall unite as one."

The third Elder placed his hand and light flowed from the ringed circle, marking the Alphas wrists and engulfing them in its brightness and together all Three Elders chanted. "Goddess, seal their bonds and make their hearts, bodies, and souls one."

The chant began slowly and quietly. The sound became louder as the magic that bound three weres and a demigod together as mates began to echo off the high ceilings in the room. A collective gasp filled the room as the Alphas fell to their knees at the same time. Phoenix lifted off his feet and carefully came down to their kneeling level as the Alpha's laced their hands together and slid one claw carefully across their wrists, and the blood flowed down their joined hands as they pressed the shallow cuts together. Phoenix felt their blood flowing through their bodies and joined with him even as he floated amidst the air in the middle.

They swayed together, their hands locked even as the bond fell over them and their bodies began to shift and change. Dark furs began to line up in stripes on both the Golden and White wolves while the Black wolf grew stripes of the many colors that his mates have. The demigod's blood is diluted by full wolf blood.

They had indeed become one.

They felt each other's heartbeats.

Their needs.

Leonardo's mouth opened and he looked at his mates, their eyes glowing as their changes slowed and then stopped. Large fangs were exposed as he stared hungrily at them.

"Leonardo!" Kawan roared.

Leonardo's eyes showed the same lust burning in him that he could feel swamping them as their bond urged them closer.

They didn't even notice when their families and friends slipped away, their Betas and Elders as well.

Phoenix dropped to his knees and yanked hard on them, pulling them into himself with his powers. Their heated skins met, and they all groaned.

"My mating chamber, now!" Quillon panted.
