Violet and Julie walk into the studio seeing Luke and Reggie playing guitar, "Guys, you aren't supposed to be out here playing alone." Julie said. "But we're not alone, 'cause we always have each other." Reggie smiles. Julie groans while unplugging Reggie's guitar cord. "But... but we had the volume on one." Luke  says. "But we rocked it on volume ten. You want us to play again?" Reggie asks. Julie answered by unplugging the other cord.  

"we've actually been waiting for you guys to get here. OK, so we have some pretty major news to tell you. We had a band meeting earlier and..." Luke signals Reggie to make drums on his lap, "We wanna invite you guys to join Sunset Curve. And no, you're not dreaming." 

"oh." Julie answers. "oh? She said 'oh,' That's what you say when you get socks on  your birthday, not when invited to join the most epic band ever." Luke 

"Sorry, I'm honored, but I can't think about anything but Flynn right now. She's still mad at me for lying. She hasn't even texted me back." Julie replied. "I think she's mad at me too. I tried texting and calling, but no luck." Violet confesses.

"yeah, you're in a tough spot." Luke says, "So, you guys wanna join the band?" 

"read the room, dude." Violet says before walking to the door with Julie, "Hey, come on. We need you guys, and you guys need us because you need music. We found this poem that you two wrote and Reggie and I, we added this really cool melody to it. It sounds awesome." Luke desperately says. "Where'd you find that?" Julie asks. "uhh... definitely not your dream box." Luke pulls Reggie in front of him. "You went through her stuff?" Violet walked forward and chased after Luke. "yeah, we can do that now." Reggie said from where he stood. "No you can't!" Julie was behind Violet. "Boundaries, hello?" Violet said. "give it back." "No! Hey, you need to realize how insanely talented you are. Both of you are." Luke got on top of the piano bench in front of Violet. "okay? Listen to this. If somebody hurts you--" Violet tries to grab the paper from his hand, but is too late. "If somebody hurts you, I'm gonna get hurt too. And my life would be real low, zero, flying solo." 

"oh-oh!" Reggie adds. Luke looks up at him before looking back down at Violet, "it's a killer melody." Julie sighs, "we wrote that about Flynn, when she was helping me with all my mom stuff." "mine too." Violet adds. "I gotta go." Julie turns around to leave. "hey, what about the band?" Luke asks. "oh... I almost forgot. Stay out of my room." Julie closes the doors. Luke jumps off the bench and sticks his head through the door, yelling, "Yeah, we will if you join our band!" 

"What about you?" Luke looks at Violet. "I'm in," she looks at the grinning boys, "but." she stops. Their smiles drop. "Only if Julie is." the boys sigh.  

"On other news, I don't feel like leaving. So, I'll just be here, on the couch." Violet jumps over the back of the couch. Violet soon fell asleep, listening to their voices singing along the melody.

Violet woke up to "Wait, so when she means 'deep dish' is she talking about Pizza or...." 

She groans, sitting up, "Deep dish means deep secrets." making both of the boys nod before jumping when Alex appears.  "woah, hey man. Where you been?" Reggie smiles. "Um, kind of everywhere. Yeah, no, I met a new ghost friend." Alex explains. "For real?" Reggie is shocked. "yeah, he answered a ton of questions." Alex continued. 

"Yea, like whether Julie is gonna join the band or not?" Luke pulls the journal from under Alex. "I'm sure she will. We just gotta get this Flynn situation under control." Violet says before dropping her head back down to fall back asleep. But not before giggling when she heard the words, "get woke." That giggle did not go unnoticed by Luke, making him smile.
