Olivias POV
We headed back to Clare the next morning, after having a relaxing morning in the Leaky Cauldron. Mother was waiting in our celery fields for us. I greeted her with a big hug and she ushered us inside. She had prepared a lovely lunch with some celery sandwiches and tomato juice. I talked and talked about Diagon Alley and about getting a wand and everything we saw. I introduced her to Flora and explained why I chose the name. Mother loved Flora, and told me how she had a pet cat when she attended Hogwarts. Her name was Cecelia (as it was the most feline name that somewhat resembled celery that she could think of). We finished up our food and I went to pack for Hogwarts, since I would be leaving in 2 days. I was so excited.
The 2 days passed by like lightning, and I wasn't complaining. I was so excited to learn about magic. Father had given me a book called 'Hogwarts, A History' that I hadn't set down since I got it. My parents explained to me about the Hogwarts houses, and they were also mentioned in the book. My mother was a Ravenclaw, the stereotype for that house being the smart people. My father was in Gryffindor, known for the brave and chivalrous. I wasn't sure what I'd be in. I wasn't brave nor chivalrous, and I certainly wasn't smart, with the topic I know most about being how to cultivate celery. Hufflepuff was for the kind and loyal, which I guess I could fit into, except for the fact they have a strong worth ethic.
