I KNOW YOU

I know, you can't see me,
I'm here—
Right beside you.
Close your eyes,
And feel my presence;
Why are you giving me that look?
Am I no presence in you?
Don't loathe me, child;
For I know—
The best for you.

I know you.
You're a slave—
But a peace loving citizen.
I can hear your whines;
Don't make it discourage you—
You're wondering why I know you?
It's your choice to come with me—
Before others.
For I know—
The best for you.

I know you.
You're a murderer;
I can see your victims—
writhing in pain;
But behind your demeanor,
Thereat, laden of mystery.
Surcease your blunder—
Follow my path,
For I know—
The best for you.

I know you.
You are a mother—
Living in a pallid home;
With your children,
Far away from you.
Do you remember this day?
If you don't – it's my pleasure to great you.
"HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!" — cheer up now!
For I know—
The best for you.

I know you.
You're my child—
Full of determination.
Pursue your dreams;
Make me proud!
Pray, Praise and Follow—
Three things you must obey.
Believe me, child;
For I know—
The best for you.

I know you.
Tell me you know me too—
I'm up here;
Looking at you,
Guiding you, loving you.
I am your father—
Your creator, your savior.
Tell me your problems— Nevermore!
For I know—
The best for you.

-----
A mother's day special.
