Its lunch and were looking over his wierd trap "bis name is dartanion"he says and I look up from the wierd creature at look at dustin weirdly as he picks him up "cute right?" "Dartanion?" Mike questions "dart for short"dustin continues "and he was in your trash?"max says "searching for food wanna hold him?" Dustin slams books down onto the table "at first I thought he was some type of pollywog" he states "pollywog?" I ask "it's another word for tadpole"he informs me "a tadpole is a larval stage of a toad" he says "I know what a tadpole is"i say "alright then you know that most tadpoles are aquatic, right?" He asks me "well dart he isnt he doesnt need water" I look at max wierd and we share the same expression "yeah but arnt there nonaquatic pollywogs?"lucas asks Dustin "terrestrial pollywog? Yep, two to be exact" he says "indirana semipalmata"he says as he flips the page "and the adenomera andreae" max whispers to me "do you know what he said" "not a clue"i whisper in return "ones from India, ones from south America so how did one end up in my trash" he asks all of us "maybe some scientists brought it here, and it escaped" max says as I laugh at her response "do you guys see that" mike asks drawing all of our attention down to the creature "looks like something is moving inside of it" "gross"i say under my breath but we take a closer look and mike puts the light on it and it screeched making us gasp. He jumps from the table but Dustin catches it "woah"he says "it's okay I got you little guy" I look at him strangely "I know you dont like that, it's okay"he looks at us "theres another thing, reptiles there cold blooded, ectothermic, right?"he says making us all nod "they love heat the sun. Dart hates it. It hurts him" we now all have a questionable look on our face "so if hes not a pollywog or a reptile..."lucas trails off "then I've discovered a new species"dustin says with a beaming light coming from his face. Then the bell rings and we all grab our stuff walking to our next class
"We gotta show him to mr clarke"licas says "what if he steals my discovery" dustin says worrying "hes not gonna steal your discovery"mike says butting in "you know I think I'm gonna call it Dustunious Pollywogus" dustin says making me and max laugh "what do you think?" He asks max "I think your an idiot" me and max say at the same time and we smile st eachother "when I become rich and famous for this one day, dont come crawling back saying, 'oh my god dustin I'm so sorry for being mean to you back in 8th grade oh my God' "  he says in a girls voice making me laugh at his accent

Were all standing around mr Clarke desk. "This is the reason I was late for class" he outs the trap on the table "pretty neat, these doors function" mr clarke asks "well yeah obviousley but it's not about the trap its what's inside" dustin continues "now this very well may change the your perception of the world" "consider my interests piqued" "alright well first, let's just clarify that..this is my discovery, not yours" he gets cut off by lucas "Dustin jesus jsut show him"he says annoyed "alright I'm just trying to clarify" he gets cut of again by  max "Dustin!" "Okay fine" then the door opens and we see mike and eil walking through the door "stop, I'm really sorry mr clarke it was all just a stupid prank" mien says "mike?"I question "what are you doing"dustin asks as mine takes the trap "I told him to stop. We need to go"he says sternly to us "Mike"Fustin says "right now. RIGHT NOW!"he says running away and us chasing after him.

Me and max bang on the door "hello?hello?" She says "guys come on can we cone in yet" I say "NO" mike says loudly. max bangs on the door frustrated. We sit down again there door. Max bangs again "guys what's going on" "come on" I say finishing her sentence. I put my head again there wall as max grabs a paperclip out of her bag and unlocks the door "genius"i say laughing. As soon as we open the door dart crawls out pretty fast. They all run after him and dustin end sup on max and Lucas ends up on me. I lay there awkwardly as he gets up and helps me get up. "Where did he go?" Lucas says "What was that" I say brushing myself off "Dart" mike says "what?" Max says and he turns to her "you let him escape" he says angered "why did you attack him"fustin says "come on"mike sys to him "dont hurt him. Dont you hurt him" dustin yells at him a she walks off to find him

I'm looking in the boys locker room for dart when someone walks. The scream and hold a broom to me as if hes about to hit me. Its mike "what the hell are you doing"i ask him "what are you doing?why are you in here?" He questions me. I mean I thought it was pretty obvious but I guess not "looking for dart" I say "this is the boys room""yeah so?"I ask "so you should go home"he slams the broom down and walks away and I follow him "why do you hat eme so much" "i dont hate you, hie can I hate you I dotn even known you" "but you dont want me in your party" "correct" "why not?"
