(Sorry for the wait guys! School got the best of me at the last moment. Anyways the next 3 chapters will be divided into 3 parts. Also for any confusion Nishinoya is now a ghost but hasnt learned how to communicate with the living yet. Alright that's all  Enjoy!)

It was a cloudy afternoon, tension filled the locker room along with the sorrow and dread of Nishinoya's former teammates. Daichi looked around and noticed how everyone was sulking(at least he thought), he knew he should be too but he couldn't. He had to stay strong not only as their friend but as their captain too. He walked to the middle of the gym and blew a whistle harshly.

Daichi: "ALRIGHT GUYS EMERGENCY MEETING!"

All the guys huddled around with a slight hint of surprise and confusion in their faces. Daichi had just called an emergency meeting the other day, 2 emergency meetings in a 1 week time period was very unusual for them.

Sugawara: "Is there a reason why you've called us here? We were just getting ready to stretch."

Daichi looked them all with a stern but friendly face. He honestly didn't know what to say. Maybe he should've prepared. Instead of think he let the words flow out of his mouth uncaring about anything that came out.

Daichi: "You guys need to cut it out sulking. We have our practice match in 2 days and I need you guys to be in your top forms."

The group looked at him in confusion. Tsukishima pushed up his glasses and smirked at Daichi.
"Who said we were sulking?" Daichi looked at him shocked. 'What in the world are they talking about." he thought to himself. Tanaka stepped forward and looked Daichi straight in the eye with the hugest grin on his face. "You are truly mistaken Daichi. We are sulking, we're thinking of how sweet it's going to be when we crush Fukurodani." The team all looked at Daichi smirking, he stood there shocked unsure what to say. "Well....If we are going to beat them first things first, we need to improve our receiving skills. Keep in mind that we no longer have Nishinoya here which means we need to keep our eyes on the ball at all times. Alright lets start practicing."

The team spent the whole afternoon practicing receives. Each one of them improving with each hit of the ball. If they were going to win they needed much more than spirit, but they needed to do their best. The team headed home for the day and only had one thing on their mind. Winning.

(Sorry for it being so short, had a bit of writers block. Also thank you for all the views!!! Rolling Thunder out! ⚡✌️)
