Mirai

"Hey I can breath in dry ash now!" exclaims Lucian, overjoyed to not be needing a mask.

"You have developed a resistance. It may get tough to breathe later, but you can now breathe normally without masks." The group celebrates and throws their masks back into their bags. They all now had cloaks on over their clothing. Now one thing was missing... Shaggius facepalms.

"Crap!" The group stops and looks at him, concerned expressions on their faces. "Do any of yall have weapons?" The entire group groaned and facepalm.

"Damn it." groans Dawn.

"Wait, we get weapons now?" asks Lucian.

"Yes. Each weapon is special to its wielder, so it has to be from somewhere important." Shaggius explains. The group takes a second to think. Finally, the silence breaks.

"There was an old unguarded weapons locker in the academy. If we could break back in we could search in there" Mirai offers.

"Is it possible?" asks Dawn. S shrugs.

"Yeah it's possible, actually it's probable. Ever heard of travel by night?" He says.

"We could use the cover of darkness to aid us in breaking in! Also our knowledge of the place could help us sneak around and back out successfully. For example, the south east wall is always unguarded and has many openings in the barbed wire" Lucian explains.

"Alright so let's head for the southeast border of the academy, we can make a plan once outside the wall" S says. The group goes off, ready for their first quest in what is certain to be an epic journey to lie ahead of them. A while later the group sets up a camp outside the walls, while still in the cover of the wasteland. The four wait for night.
