Chapter 24

Avy's POV

I can't sleep. I turned around to see if Heeseung was sleeping but I saw Jay. He suddenly opens his eyes and smiled at me "good night" he greeted as he again went back to sleep

He must be tired

I waited for about 5 minutes and step out of the tent. It's so cold out here as expected, the cold breeze from the ocean. I took a stroll around and saw a familiar back infront of me. I followed him silently, until I decided to walk by his side. In surprise I flew up in the air and landed hard with my back.

"Owww~" I complained as I hold on to my back and stood up

"Why did you follow me!!!" He shouted.

He's mad

I was scared, I can't seem to respond to him or defend myself. I kept my head down and slowly walking away from him because I was embarrassed. Now, I think I will never appear infront of him again. He then pulled my hand and placed it on his shoulder, while he placed his hand on my waist, supporting me. I pushed him but he is quite stronger than I am

"Yah! You should have called my name.. I thought you were a serial killer or a stalker" he said while he was looking forward

"I am sorry.. I won't do it again sir" I told me while he shot his laser eyes to me again

"Don't call me sir... seriously? If you keep acting this way, they will caught us" he said

"By the way... where are you going?" I asked him

"Just somewhere" he replied and he was taking me to an unfamiliar path

He lead us to the forest near the beach. The path is definitely hard to take, it's slippery. He lend me his hand because now we will be passing through a river. He supported me all the way, then suddenly we ended up to a vast field

"Wah~ this is so beautiful.. How'd you know.. How'd you know that there was a place like this in here?" I asked him

"Shhh.. wait. I think it will start soon" he said while we slowly walk to the middle and sat down. The stars are clearly seen here and it feels like the stars were so close to you

"My mom.. she always pull me here when we go on a vacation trip. She told me that even my dad doesn't know about this place. Keep it a secret okay?" He looked at me "it will start"

"What?? What will start?" He just look at me like he was clueless

Suddenly out of the dark, fireflies were starting to come out. Dozens of fireflies light the whole place up. My jaws were dropping and my heart is flattering. I never felt so happy after 8 years of my life.

I enjoyed the view of it. Minutes passed and they were slowly getting smaller.

"Wahh~ that was so amazing" I commented

"Do you like it?" He asked me looking deep in my eyes. I felt like I was being hypnotised by him

"I loved it.. I wish to visit here soon" I smiled and saw a falling star

Make it come true

"Yah.. don't ever tell the others okay?.. soon this vast field will be destroyed because of irresponsible people" he said while he brought his pinky out "promise?" He said and I responded

"Promise"

"Let's go back... it's getting colder" he said as he lead us to a different path, it is much safer now.

"You go first... to avoid suspicion" he said while he waited for me to enter our tent and a few minutes later he came in. I faced the opposite direction and went to sleep soundly

I felt someone was hugging me and why does it feel so hot. I didn't mind it, later on I heard someone's breath and felt it. I slowly opened my eyes. In my surprise I saw a hand on top of me and his feet was crossed to mine. I wanted to shout but it will make it so obvious

What I did was to lift his hand and escape from him but it went tighter when I lift it maybe an inch. I saw a shadow outside our tent and was about to open it

What do I do???

I was thinking of the most fastest way to escape from him and it lead me to biting his hand. He shouted out of pain and I rolled until I reached the side of the tent

"What's wrong??" Sunghoon entered

Just in time

"Yah! Did you bite me?" He asked Sunghoon and see the prints on his hands

"Me?? I just came in" he said and grab Heeseung's hand

I pretended like I was just waking up from sleep and stretch my hands "hmm.. ahem.. ahem" I said and he immediately pickup my signal

"Ahh.." Heeseung covered his hand "I think it was the mosquito... it really hurts" he acted and Jay was rising up from sleep

"Yah... why are you two so loud early in the morning" he said as he yawned and scratched his head

"It's time to eat... and to continue the road trip" Sunghoon said as we all went out and have a morning breakfast

After finishing up, we packed all our stuff in the van and Heeseung continued to drive

An hour passed and we were entering a gigantic gate, we passed a lot of trees and suddenly a huge house was appearing. It was shining infront of my eyes.

Everyone's jaw dropped and can't believe that it was Jay's property

"You really have the golden spoon in your mouth" Niki told Jay as he was still mesmerizing the view of the enormous house

I too was surprised and everything around it was so beautiful, we are near the beach, it has fountains and flower gardens when you stroll around the place.

We gathered all our stuff and went inside. Everything in this house is so priceless

"Pick your rooms... but mine is located at the very end" he said while everyone rushed upstairs and picking the best room

It was a hassle to tell you the truth
