I'm changing the style that I write in, so I can get used to writing like this. If you spot any mistakes or have any suggestions for improvements, please comment them. It'd help a lot.

-(Y/N)'s POV-

As it turns out, the vast majority of UA high school hero course's timetable was boring. There were normal classes, though we were taught be pro heroes, like English in the morning taught by Present Mic. Quite frankly, I was surprised that our teacher was able to keep his voice down for the entire class.

Lunch was in a cafeteria, where another a pro hero was working. I didn't think that there was a single staff member in the hero course that wasn't a pro hero alongside it, but when I saw Lunch Rush serving food, I increased the ratio of pros to non-pros in my head. It seemed like there was a pro hero leading every division of the school.

But then, finally, there was the hero basic training class. Those are in the afternoons, and from what I saw on the timetables, consist of practical and theory lessons. To help students get into the swing of things and get pumped up about the course, the first training session of each year was always a practical. And to top it all off, one of the teachers teaching us was...

"I am..." I heard. The door slammed itself open, cutting off my train of thought. "...coming through the door like a normal person!" All Might exclaimed, quite clearly not acting like a normal person. He was leaning forward while clinging onto the doorframe, so he wasn't actually through the door yet.

There was a quiet wonder that spread over the room, getting louder over time.
"Wow, he really is a teacher!" came from the boy with red spikes hair. His name is Kirishima, if what Rin told us was right. The next voice I heard came from a green haired girl that I didn't know the name of.
"That's a costume from the Silver Age, isn't it?" I'm not sure why people bother keeping track of things like that, even if he is the most popular, and inarguably the strongest hero in Japan.

There were, however, people that didn't seem so excited as the rest of the class. Our little quartet of Orders at the back of the room, while excited that we would be taught by, if not the best, then one of the best heroes in the country, wasn't exactly hopping in our seats at the simple sight of the hero that was now stood at the front of the class.

"I teach Hero Basic Training." All Might announced with his signature smile. "It's a subject where you train in different ways to learn the basics of being a hero." I'll admit I almost scoffed at that, but Chiyori nudged me before I got the chance. Apparently she thought I made my point well enough yesterday during Aizawa's physical test. "You'll take the most units of this subject!"

"Let's get right into it! This is what we'll do today--" Our teacher took a pose while holding up a sign. "This! Combat training!"
"Combat..." I heard Bakugo start, a pumped up aura starting to emanate from him.
"...training," Midoriya finished, seeming every bit as nervous as Bakugo was excited. It made sense. The green haired boy hurt himself whenever he used his quirk, and the blond spiky haired boy seemed a bit too trigger happy with those explosions of his.

"And to go with that are these!" All Might continued, pointing towards compartments that were sliding out of the wall. "Costumes made based on your quirk registrations and requests you sent in before school started." The entire class voiced excitement at that, the 'quiet' part of the 'quiet wonder' from before vanishing. "After you change, gather in Ground Beta!" our teacher finished, walking, like a normal person this time, out the door.

I turned towards the three I was linked to, as we all started moving towards the compartments.
"What did you guys end up submitting for your costume designs?" I asked, picking up a box with '23', my seat number, written on it. Eiji, who had already got his box, answered first, though it wasn't very helpful.
"Clothes," he said, straight faced. I just stared at him. "What? I'm not good at this 'design' stuff. Besides, I'd be uncomfortable in one of those skin tight body suits the pros seem to like wearing, so I got clothes." I sighed as Chiyori and Rin walked over, both of their costumes in hand.
"And as for ours," Rin started, letting Chiyori finish for her.
"You'll have to wait and see." More sighing from me, considering that it isn't often we keep any kind of secrets from each other. Because of that it's a bit annoying when we do.
"Fine," I finally said, knowing I wasn't going to get anything out of the girls. "Shall we go then?"
