you've been coughing nonstop, you kept blowing your nose and throwing the scrumpled up tissues onto the ground

you were in taeyong's hoodie, underneath a thick duvet while the air conditioning blew its cold air onto your face, worsening your condition

you wanted to turn it down a little more but you were so comfortable, you were too lazy to move

you looked around the room and it was very empty, you felt lonely and you miss taeyong

so you decided to facetimed him

" hewo baby~ " he answers while shirtless in bed

" taeyong~ " you cooed

" yes baby what happened " he asked

" i have a sore throat and a blocked nose " you frown

" are you sick? you shouldn't fall sick y/n " he gets worried and sat up on his bed

you sniffle a few times while he nagged

" i can hear your air conditioning blowing in the background, i bet that's the main cause " he told you

" but can you come over to my house? i'm really lonely here, and i miss you " you tell him with a sad frown

" where's Ruby? " he asked

" here " you show him your sleeping dog

he smiled at the sight of you and his dog together

" but, i'll buy some groceries first i'll be a little late " he starts walking around his dorm

you out down your phone and sighed at the ceiling

" Ruby-ah " you carried her ontop of your chest and played with her

she kept chewing on her toy and so you took it away and tease her

you flip her to your side and rub her belly

she stood up straight and licked your face, you scrunch your nose and back away

she then climbed onto your chest and laid down, cuddling you because you weren't well

you eventually fell asleep with ruby ontop of you, not knowing your cold would turn into a high fever

taeyong knocked softly on the door with 4 big grocery bags in his hands, his veins popped out along his arm highlighting the manliness in him

" baby open the door " taeyong calls you

you heard knocks and sat up, Ruby starts to bark and you sat up and rubbed your eyes

you walked to the main door and opened it to see taeyong, he gasped at the sight of you

your cute little button nose was red, your eyes were barely open and your hair was messy

he puts the bags on the ground and put his palm to your forehead, checking your temperature

" you weren't like this when we called, your cold may have worsen " he picked up the grocery bags and set them on your kitchen counter

" i missed you " you back hug taeyong and he holds your arms

" give me a kiss " he pulled you to face him

you shook your head no because you were scared of getting him sick too

" we can't " you pouted

taeyong holds you close and kisses your cheeks, he felt bad for not coming here earlier

" go on the couch first, i need to arrange the groceries " he tells you

you nodded and laid on the couch, ruby joins you and slept on your stomach

you closed your eyes and felt a lot more cozy, there wasn't that fold breeze that blew on your face anymore

you took in a deep breath and exhaled, calming yourself down

taeyong restocks your milk, coffee, cereal, snacks and everything you could possibly eat

he took out a big pot and fills it with water, once in awhile he would check up on you with a quick glance

he starts to make chicken noddle soup for you since it was your comfort food

he lets it boil down and goes to you

" excuse me Ruby, it's my turn now " he tells Ruby

you smiled at his cute words and he tries to remove Ruby off you

Ruby growls at him and he was left in shock

Ruby was protecting you since she knew you were vulnerable right now

" sorry but eomma needs appa right now " he boldly puts Ruby on the ground and gets on top of you

he hugs you tightly, feeling your hot body temperature rise

" yoshi yoshi ne~ " he pats your head

you still had a frown since you didn't feel good at all

" heal fast, yoshi yoshi ne~ " he cuddles you
