It's a normal day on patrol for Izuku. He's cycling the streets with Mirio. Mirio? Izuku gave up 50% of OFA and gave it to Lemillion. The past users of OFA had all,agreed to replace his lost strength with a quirk called Soundwave. He can generate audio from his limbs and mouth and use them directionally. Mirio masked his new owner by saying he can increase his density to an extent. Makes sense.
Izuku discarded his green jumpsuit for a more sleek design. He wears a black long sleeve compression shirt/armour, Kevlar pants, Military grade boots, a Mandarin collar trench coat with Sun glasses.

He's also changed his hero name. Deku felt a bit insulting and is reserved for his old friend Katsuki(in this AU Katsuki is nice). He changed it to Jazz Master or Jazz for short.
His personality also changed for the better. He's more confident and level headed( basically he has the personality of Neo from the Matrix Franchise).
"Hey, you and Uravity together yet?" Mirio said continuing their off screen conversation. "Nah. Not interested anymore." Jazz admitted. "Really? You two are very close. Aren't you?" He queried. "We still are, but ever since she and Iida started dating I've been more of a third wheel; otherwise I'm confined to my room practicing. U.A. university has taken a toll on my social life." He answered. Oh yeah. I forgot to tell you that Class 1a has moved on to their second year of University. Izuku's voice was monotone yet his mind was dreading the thought of still being alone. Before Lemillion could respond they saw two villains running. A male with green hair and makeup. He had a long chin and a wicked smile. The girl had blonde hair with red and blue tips. The two heroes identified them as Joker and Harley Quinn.
Joker has no back story. He is psychotic. His quirk Joker Gas allows him to create a potent laughing gas. Harley Quinn is an 18 year old who was converted to villainy when she was a junior hero. Well... She used to be a hero in training until Joker captured her. After that Harlene Quinzell became Harley Quinn. They used to operate in the U.S. but came to Japan to escape Batman.
"I'll take the clown!" Mirio shouted. Izuku nodded and ran towards Harley. She ducked into an alley. "Not any closer or I blow the bomb!" She quacked. "Harley, your looking well." Izuku greeted. "Y'know, a girl's gotta take care of herself." She cooed. "Mm well blowing up a whole district isn't a requirement." Izuku argued. Unbeknownst to Harley Izuku was emitting a variety of frequencies to deactivate the bombs. The typical joker bomb runs on a deactivation frequency ranging from 60-100 milli hertz. Izuku tried each and every possible frequency. "Well it sure is fun Jazzy!" She countered. Izuku felt a disturbance. It was the bombs releasing a deactivation verification frequency. He walked towards her. She clicked the button over and over again but nothing happened.
Using OFA Izuku sped behind her and crossed her arms behind her back. "Is this fun, Harley?" Izuku rebutted. He led her out of the alley. They emerged from the alley to see the joker battling with Mirio. "Mistah J! help!" She shouted as Izuku dragged her. "He's not coming. Your nothing but a pawn to him." Izuku told her. The Joker has a criminal network with many thugs and gangs working for him. Harley was his main accomplice.
"No, that's not true! He'll comeback for me!" She shouted. Her eyes train on him with desperation. After what felt like eternity I.e. several seconds, Joker said, "Sorry to leave Harley but your a dime a dozen. Gotta split!" He announced in his usual psychotic tone.
Harley simply watched as her supposed lover disappeared in a cloud of smoke. "No, no, no please no. Don't!" Her cries were all in vein. She stopped her struggling and gave up all physical movement. "Just put me in the car." She ordered. "I'm sorry Harleen...." "I said put me in the god Damn car Jazz!" She shouted. She broke down in tears, earning sympathy from onlookers. Izuku released her and she fell to the floor.
Jazz picked her up bridal style and placed in the police car, making sure to cuff her. She had two quirks. Her main quirk was Ultraflex. She basically has heightened reflexes and mental superiority over average thugs. Her second quirk, Psyche allows her to tap into the mind of someone and put them in a trance if you make eye contact. Though it doesn't work on others who have perfected mental shielding such as Izuku and Lemillion.
Hours later
Izuku pushed his dorm key into the lock. With a satisfying low click the door allowed him entrance into his small apartment. He locked the door behind him and sighed. He surveyed his quarters.
The living room was painted grey with a brown couch and a standard TV with a gaming console known as a S-Box655. The carpet was a light blue similar to sky blue... Cyan! That's what its called. The kitchen had an oven, counter, cupboards and island(that thing that acts as a unofficial table).
Izuku took off his glasses and walked to his room. It was painted grey to match the rest of the house. He removed his Coat, Compression shirt and shoes leaving him in a white T-shirt and bare foot. He plopped onto the bed and reminisced the earlier events.
The betrayal in Harley's eyes, the sorrow, the fear. She never actually killed anyone before though she has put 5 people in the hospital every 6 months or so. Nevertheless she seems to be just a lost soul who found the wrong road and happened to fine a mentor on the way. Joker.
Izuku's eyes furrowed upon thinking that name. That Bastard left her... a dime a dozen? Izuku has fought her many times, she isn't a dime a dozen. She's unique, beautiful, skilled..... why am I saying this? I am narrating Izuku's thoughts. He and Harley had a love hate relationship. Sometimes they have a nice chat while not doing heroic stuff / villainy. She wanted to be a Psychiatrist but chose to be a hero do to monetary concerns when her dad died.
One day in her second year she was captured. No one came looking, but unbeknownst to her Izuku looked. Izuku was their when she was taken. He spent days and months searching but to no avail until she surfaced. No longer was she Harleen Quinzel, she was Harley Quinn.
