Ana
I have been in England for my rotation and today is my last day here and then I move onto Greece and then Italy and back to France again. I have had to endure another one of those guys who think I come with the tour. This time he had to be arrested. I have a black eye from his assault on me, luckily someone had some handcuffs and restrained him while we waited for the cops and an ambulance. They took photos of my eye and the other bruises. No breaks thank God. I couldn't get anyone to take my rotation over, so I have to cover my black eye. I was able to get out of his fists way, because a child would have been hurt. So I just took the hit and man did he hit me.
Sam
We get on the bus for a tour of England and the young lady from the tour in France is there, but wearing sunglasses. I know that disguise and I saw it many times when my dad had punched my mother in her eyes. I lean over and ask who did this to her. She tried to act dumb, but I know better.
Ana
It was one of the men on the tour and he is being dealt with now. He asks me to see it and I lift up the glasses. He apologizes for men all over for the men who behave like this and says his mom was hurt several times like this and she finally divorced his father. I tell him the guy has been arrested and awaiting trial. His wife lied for him, but there were too many witnesses who saw what happened.
Sam
I tell her that I started working out at a very young age and stopped him before he hurt her again. I told her that no one will be able to hurt her while we are on the bus. She smiles and thanks me.
Ana
He is a nice man.
Ruth
Is she okay?shes been hit hasn't she?
Sam
One of the tour guests punched her after she refused his advances. Her eye is very recent.
Ruth
I had no idea a tour guides life could be so dangerous.
Sam
Me either.
Elliott
Wow look Christian it's the tour guide from France.
Christian
I see that and I also see she's got a black eye hiding under those glasses. I recognize the bruising. I lean in and ask if they caught the guy who hurt her?
Ana
He is behind bars and so is his wife now. It was one of the tour guests. He takes a photo of us and heads back with his family. I am not in a very good mood at this point. Luckily this is my last day and then Greece is next. What I didn't know was that this family had tours for Greece and Italy and will be on both my tours after this. After Italy I have earned enough money to do as I please and my choice is taking culinary courses in France.

I tried hard to get Anas information and she couldn't give it to me due to the company's clause in her contract for employment. So I took a bunch more photos she finally took her glasses off and I was actually able to hug her and my mom and then my whole family. I kissed Ana on her cheek and said to look me up if she got to the states and gave her our number in the states.

Yes Ana give me a call okay and I wink at her, she just laughs at me and heads back into the bus, I see her put the paper in her purse. Christian is in love with this girl and it was definitely love at first sight. She is 15 years old, so the guy who hit her is facing more time and so is his wife.

I give Ana a huge tip and ask her to call us any time if there is anything she needs. I explain I am a doctor and Carrick is an attorney. Little did I know we would get a call from her years later.
Carrick
She's such a tiny girl, I guess the man thought she was and easy target. When she fought him off he punched her in the eyes. His wife stood there and watched him hurting her. She actually lied to the police about what happened and the rest of the guests called her on the lies and they had a bus full of witnesses against them.
Mia
I don't know why everyone is so enamored with the tour guide, I mean come one she works as a tour guide she might as well be a waitress. They get harassed all the time by pervs.
Ruth
I pretty much explained that no one has a right to lay their hands on anyone at all. And no matter your job you have the right not to be punched in the eyes if you don't want a mans hands all over you and it's worse because she's 15.
Mia
Well she still works in a service industry.
Ruth
Oh good lord, so do I do you think it would be okay if you were working in the service industry and someone did all that to you?
Mia
That's different.
Ruth
Oh boy you have no clue do you? No one has the right to put their hands on you without your permission and you can't do that to others. Now if you don't understand that, you need to talk to your parents and especially your dad. Both of them can explain in more detail what the problem is in detail.
Ana
I say goodbye to the Greys, Ruth and Sam. I am ready for a break and head to my room for the week. Christian got one final photo of us and we said our goodbyes.
