The Blackmailed

I watch as the trials unfold of Carla Rodriguez I am getting calls from her as often as she could. I made the mistake of falling in love with her and she asked a huge favor of me. Now she has evidence of my supplying her with drugs that could be used for euthanasia if needed. I had left my prescription pad out and she stole it, but lied when I asked her about it. I reported it stolen. When asked about who could have been the thief I lied and said I had no idea. That's when Carla started blackmailing me shortly after her husband and then his parents were found dead. She said she would assure that I lose my license and go to prison. So she demanded money from me. Now I am waiting for them to contact me. No doubt they are monitoring her calls. I am now going to make sure this killer goes to prison for good. I was finally approached by law enforcement and they made me a deal that would clear me of any all possible charges and I could keep my license as well. Carla had seduced me and taken photos of all of it. Now that my wife died of cancer I want this bi..h to pay for everything she did to me and put me through. So getting her to talk wasn't going to be easy, but I am determined.

I have been trying to nail this person for years and now we have concrete evidence she killed people and used others to her benefit. Her current husband has filed for divorce. What he doesn't know is that his wife killed his wife of twenty years so she could marry him for his money. The drug she used was used in more than one case, including her own daughters kidnapping. We were able to retest the Lambert's with better technology and that's how we found the reasons for their deaths. She was consistent and still had vials of the drugs, she stockpiled it in her hidden case. According to witnesses she was one of the last people the Lambert's saw at their sons funeral. A huge fight ensued between her and her in laws over his trust funds. They died a month later. She couldn't have any of the trust funds because he had changed his will and they made sure it would only go to his daughter Anastasia. So we now have the chance to put her away for life or even a death sentence. Simons was on our radar, but he wasn't there when the Lambert's died and he had never met them. He also had a theft of a whole prescription pad. Before they had alerted pharmacies to call the cops it had been used up for more that twenty prescriptions of certain types of drugs that could easily kill and not be traced. We found photos of Simons and Carla having sex. He couldn't tell us about their connection at the time. The prescriptions number matched up with the numbers off the prescription pad that was stolen. Signatures were forged and we matched Carlas handwriting to those of the prescriptions. We have her on circumstantial evidence and possession of the drugs from the stolen pad and she had access to them.

I am sitting here waiting for my worthless Public Defender Aaron Williams. He tells me that they are building a sizable case against me and some will be me transferred to the state with the worse criminal acts. They haven't sent the paperwork yet. They would love if I puked guilty and so would he since apparently the evidence just keeps getting better against me.

I can't believe the case they gave me, there is no doubt this woman is guilty of all charges while our case in Washington is not as strong as we would like, the murder cases have it in the bag. So they are working on transferring her to the state of New York. I am hoping they get her out of my hair and soon. We are short staffed and have three clients that are high profile cases. All three require a public defender and are tied together around the kidnapping of Ana Steele. So we are at odds against each other. The prosecutor wants her head on a spike for kidnapping one of Seattle's wealthiest girlfriends under his term. His bosses are on him to put her under the jail.

I have heard from my bosses that they want Carla Rodriguez's head on platter for kidnapping in their city much less kidnapping Christian Greys girlfriend. The problem we have is there is no proof other than Morton and he's not a stellar truth teller. The only real ties are the drugs and the needles. The hotel had no security cameras, she reported her rental car stolen in Vegas. Can't be two places at once, Morton was driving her rental when stopped. She keeps saying her stole her purse and it had her keys in it. He keeps saying she planned the whole thing with the exception of the actual kidnapping. Her plan was to kill Ana so she could inherit the Lambert's estate. His was to keep Ana. Jose Jr wanted Ana as well, which led to Morton shooting him and he was getting a shovel to bury Jose jr.

Wow I think  I am lucky she didn't kill me and just take what she wanted. As it was I am lucky to have my license. Starting to think she had something to do with my wife's death. She had cancer, but no one knew it yet. She didn't want anyone feeling sorry for her. But at least Reyna died in her sleep visiting her parents one last time. Because of the cancer they didn't do an autopsy or a blood test to check for the exact cause, with this new evidence they now want to exhume her body and test everything for the drugs Carla had.
