The prompt is, George and Dream have been dating for a while now. They were madly in love with one another. But one day Dream gets drafted and has to go serve for his country, in some third world country. He promises George every day he will be back. But sadly Dream gets shot and killed when he was serving. George knew he was dead. He knew the love of his life was gone and he couldn't do anything about it. Sapnap and George's family try to convince him to move on, but George can't bring himself to move on from Dream. George couldn't believe the fact that Dream was dead, he just couldn't. Until one day someone arrives at his front door, which he wasn't expecting. Just in case you forgot. I will put this at the beginning of each chapter.

This is the second chapter to come back to me. So in case, you forgot what happened in the last chapter, I will tell you because I did too. Even if I wrote that less than thirty seconds ago. This is what happened in the last chapter. "George unlocks the door and then he opens the door with excitement, but that was all gone when he saw two men standing there. None of them being his boyfriend. "Um, hi?" George says confused. The two men in army suits just stood there with unreadable faces. "Does Clay Was Taken live here?" The taller out of the two guys asked. "Uh, yes, he is my boyfriend why?" George asked. "Well, we have something to tell you," The other guy said. "And that is?" George asked with confusion and worry in his voice," So enjoy this chapter.
Third-person
"And that is?" George asked with confusion and worry in his voice. "We are sorry for your loss. Your boyfriend was one of three of our best men who were shot during the attack. The two other ones survived. One had a bullet in his side and the other one had it graze his leg. But sadly your boyfriend stayed instead of running away. He saved our country but at a cost. That cost being his life. He was a good man on the battlefield and off. He was always a fighter and he had fought for three hours left of life. He had three bullets right in his chest. Before he died, he wanted to give you this," One of the two men say as he hands George a puppy. "He said to name it angel. Have a nice day and we are sorry for your loss," And just like that, the two men left George's house. George locked the door and slid down it. "Dream? You promised you'd never leave me!" George cried out as the tears kept coming. "You promised," George said in a sad tone of voice as the tears didn't stop coming. Angel barked and liked Georges's face. George smiled at the puppy through his tears. The puppy looked just like Dream. He had dirty blonde fur, just like Dreams hair. He had almost the same eye color as Dream and he had an upbeat attitude just like Dreams. George held the dog as he cried himself to sleep.
The next morning and there are also a lot of flashes into the future and the present. This time skip is brought to you by me being on my break. And time skip also brought to you by being hungry.
George cried every day and every night. He missed his boyfriend more than life itself. He felt numb to everything. All he wanted was to have his boyfriend back. It has been over four years without his other half and George was missing him more than ever. Angel's name is Angel because that was Dream's favorite pet name to call George. "Hey, honey! It's been a while! Today is your twenty-fifth birthday. Angel, Patches, and I made a cake today. Well I made the cake and they just watched it, but it was still fun. I can't light your candles because patches is on the counter and I don't want her tail to catch on fire (George giggles a bit). I miss you! Patches, Angel and I are going to eat the cake now! Bye-bye babe," George said with a smile as he put the cake on the dining room table. George cut a small whipped cream part for angel. Patches got on the table and ate her food with the two. "It's your favorite flavor to babe," George says as he stuffs his face with the yummy cake. "Baby! Angel is two years old today. He has gotten so big and fluffy. Patches turned six yesterday. It's so funny how their birthdays are so close together," George says with a small chuckle. Angel barks. "Look! Angel is saying hi to you," George said with a smile as he snuggles up to Angel. "Angel might be my new favorite cuddler. Just kidding babe, nothing, stuff animal or human can replace your cuddles," George says with a laugh as he pets patches head. "Hey Sap, come in," George says as he lets one of his best friends in. "So, I met a nice guy at the bar today-," "No," George says cutting him off. "You haven't even heard what I was going to say," Sapnap says in defense. "I know you are going to tell me that I should move on from Dream and start dating again," George said rolling his eyes. "It's been almost six years George! You need to move on, Dream is dead," Sapnap admits. "I know he is dead, but a small sliver in my heart still thinks he is alive," George says with tears in his eyes. "Sigh, I tried. Well bye George," Sapnap says as he got up and left. George stood up and looked at the sky. "Hi, baby. You probably just heard the conversation me and Sapnap just had. I want to move on, I do. But I can't bring myself to. You were my childhood sweetheart," George says with a half-smile as tears came down. "You will always be my boyfriend, even if death does us apart," George says with a smile. "Hey honey bear! Patches was being a silly muffin top today and she got into the tuna (George giggles). And Angel was suffocating me in my sleep because he forgets he is not a puppy anymore lol. Anyway, how's heaven? I hope it's well! Can you say hi to my great grandmother for me! Bye babe!" George says with a smile as he crosses his arms over his chest. George starts giggling at the doggy licks. "I am up, do you have to go potty?" George says to the dog. Angel just shakes his head and runs down the stairs. George sighs and gets out of bed to follow the dog downstairs. Angel stops at the front door. "Whos there?" George asked. Angel just chased his tail in a circle. George unlocks the door and opens it with his eyes closed. "SapNap, for the last time I told you, I am not getting over Dream," George says. George opens his eyes to see, someone he wasn't expecting.
Cliffhanger, because it's my story and I can do that. Well, I hope you enjoyed it. Have a wonderful day!
