Chapter 11-Sahil and Jamil

Ilham:

I sat in my office thinking about if Mr Sahil has found out about what I did.

Although,it was to safe myself but then I got him into trouble with Jamil.

But I wonder how Jamil knows him and why he needs his signature,that he's willing to let me be to get it.

I heard a knock and asked the person to come in.

It was Sarah.

"Hey" I waved,signalling her to take a seat.

"Hi Ilham,how are you?" she asked.

I was about to reply when two ladies walked into my office with some bags.

"Put them over there" Sarah said to them. They dropped the bags and told Sarah they will wait for her in the reception.

"What's this,Sarah?" I asked her,when the girls left.

"Have you forgotten your dress and accessories for the party" I actually forgot about the party.

"Oh,thank you for bringing them over" I said to her.

"Your welcome and if there's any problem with the things then call me and we will fix them" she said standing up.

"Ok thank you" I hugged her and she left.

I called my assistant in to take them to my car and went back to work.

My phone rang and it was a private number.

I picked up and stayed silent.

"Hey baby" I heard his voice through the phone.

"Wh..why...why did you call me?" I asked, he said he will stay away from me right.

"Can't I talk to you anymore darling,I'm hurt" he said feigning hurt and I can already imagine the smirk on his face.

"You promised to stay away from me remember?" I said more like asked him.

"Well I change my mind love,I want to be with you at all times" he replied back.

"Please leave me alone Jamil,please" I pleaded with him.

"I will darling,don't worry but you need to do something for me,you job isn't done ok"he said.

"What more do you want" I asked,my tone raising a little.

"Don't you dare raise your voice to me again" he said dangerously.

"I'm sorry,what do you want" I asked calmly.

"Now that's my girl...I need you to........" He told me what to do but I couldn't do that,it's risky for me.

"I can't do it" I said to him.

"Then get ready babe,we will be having movie night today and every other day" he said.

I need to get him out of my life and for that to happen,I don't care if Sahil or anyone else has to lose everything even if it's their life.

I know I sound like the villain here but I'm not....what Jamil did in the past was something I can never forget and I want him away from me at all cost.

"I'm ready to do it" I said to him.

"That's like my girl,I will call you and tell you when and how to do it ok"

"Ok" I said and with that he ended the call.

I laid my head on the desk and cried my heart out,this is too much for me to do,I can't keep putting others lives at risk to save mine,it's wrong.

I don't know when but I fell asleep.

I woke up to someone tapping my shoulders.

I looked up and there he was.

"Hello Miss Ilham" he said.

"Hey,sorry I don't know when I fell asleep" I said,arranging my table.

"It's ok,sorry to ask but why have you been crying?" I forgot that my tears must have dried on my face.

"Yes,it's a personal problem" I replied looking down.

"Ok,I will wait here while you get cleaned up" he said taking a seat,I nodded and went into the bathroom.

I washed my face and walked out to see him busy with his phone.

I cleared my throat to get his attention and he dropped his phone and cookies at me.

"What brings you here Mr Sahil?" I asked taking my seat.

"To talk business" he replied seriously. Did he find out about what I did to him? I really hope not.

"What business?" I asked trying not to sound scared.

"The business deal we are currently on Miss ilham,what else?" He asked giving me an amused look.

I'm so dumb,my guilt got the best of me that I forgot we were actually doing business together now.

"Yes,I'm sorry my mind was somewhere else" I said,playing with my fingers nervously.

"It's ok"

We talked about some few things for the project coming up and he left after that.

I packed up my stuffs and left the office. I need to rest,it's been hectic lately.

I drove into my garage and packed my car. I walked in and dropped my things in the sitting room.

I went straight to the kitchen and decided to do one of my favorite things in the world,baking.

I decided to bake a chocolate cake,my favorite.

I sat down in the sitting room,watching Netflix while I wait for my cake to get done.

I heard the ding sound and went to check my cake,it was done.

I cut a slice and took my chocolate milk shake and went back to continue watching Netflix.

I felt myself hit the floor hard. I opened my eyes and realized I fell from the couch.

I rubbed my arm and turned off the lights and quickly ran upstairs. I'm really scared of the dark,so every time I turn off the lights, I practically run upstairs.

I changed my clothes and got into bed and dozed off again with two people on my mind.
