My Inner Demons Asch x Reader

Chapter 5.

Asch pov:

As I was playing Minecraft, I felt a small weight on my shoulder. I looked over to see Y/n asleep on my shoulder. I felt my face heat up and looked at the screen that had darkened. I guess I had been staring at her for too long.  I looked to the screen and saw that my face was incredibly red, even though almost everything was black. 

I looked back down at her and smiled a little bit. What am I doing?! I said, snapping myself back into reality, shaking my head. Why should I care about a human?! I don't! Right? I looked back at her once more, my breath matched her slow breathing. It couldn't hurt right?  I said in my head before closing the Minecraft machine thingy. 

I pulled her into me gently so as not to wake her up. I leaned back, leaning against the back of the bed, Y/n leaned up against my chest. I looked away and tried to push away the blush that crept up my face. All of a sudden Y/n moved her arms to wrap around my stomach. I held my breathe afraid that I had woken her up. 

But when I looked back at her, she was still breathing slowly and her eyes never opened. I let myself breathe again, letting my arms gently fall around her. I buried my face in her (h/l) hair, sighing at the nice scent and the softness. I started to play with her hair a little bit before eventually falling asleep, my arms still wrapped around her. 

Y/n pov:

I woke up, laying on something warm. I didn't open my eyes because I knew it was morning, but ignorance is bliss. So I tried to stay in bed for as long as time would allow, hugging my odd pillow more. That's when I noticed that my pillow was breathing. 

I snapped my eyes open and looked up without moving my head to see that I was laying on top of Asch's chest, hugging his waist. He was still asleep, one hand on the small of my back and the other tangled in my hair, his head resting on top of mine. I felt my face heat up a lot. I was surprised I didn't catch on fire then and there. 

I don't want to wake him up, plus he looks really cute right now. And it's the weekend sooooo...... I said inside my head as I laid back down, smiling as I fell asleep again. 

Before, hearing Leif screaming from Ava's room. Asch opened his eyes so I closed mine again, pretending to be asleep when he started to move. He got up and walked to the door, opening it just a little bit so he could peek out. He closed the door again sighing and walked over towards me. 

I kept my eyes closed hoping I could trick him into think I was asleep. I think it worked because he pulled the blanket up over me and combed his hand through my hair, making me smile slightly and sigh. He took his hand away and I heard him walk away and close the door behind him. 

I looked up to see that he had left and I was honestly kinda sad. Great. I have a crush on a demon prince from another realm. I said in my head closing my eyes in disappointment of myself. And I don't give a shit!  I said smiling to myself again before heading to the closet. 

I grabbed my (f/c) hoodie and pulled it over my head, putting on some black yoga pants before putting on my necklace again. I walked to my bathroom and brushed my hair and looking in the mirror. I looked at the necklace and watched it glimmer in the light. 

I walked out of my room and saw Ava talking to herself in front of the window. "Morning. What are you doing by the way?" I said, walking towards the back of the couch. Ava turned to me shocked. I guess she didn't see me walk in. "I'm making an Instagram account so I can get followers and likes so I can rub in the faces of Lorelai's stupid friends!" 

Ava glared at the window she was standing in front of, when she was about to take a picture. "Why don't you just take pictures of the boys? I'm pretty sure you'll get a ton of followers and likes if you have pictures of them on your account." I said, going to the kitchen to make a some tea.
