(no clue what to title it so just, bare w me)
~clay pov~
y/n ran up and just hugged me, i could tell she felt bad. out of everyone i knew her the longest we've been friends since we were babies so ik how she acts to certain situations and she didn't know how to put it into words so she hugs me. i look down at her while she's wrapped around me with her head in my chest then nick george and luke join in the hug i like this *smiles* luke is the first to let go,
"it's like 10 PM guys we should head home" he says
nick and george let go too "yeah let's start heading home." and they look at me and y/n realizing she's still hugging me and they look at me confused and not sure what to do.
"is she asleep?" i whisper to them as quiet as possible, they crouch down to her and look up at me nodding. 'oh cmon...' i pick her up as gentle as possible and place her on her bed then george, luke, nick and i grab our stuff and say goodnight to Anzley and leave as quietly as possible. the boys and i are walking home since we all live pretty close to each other
*time skip lets just say theyre all home now :)*
i finally get home and check my phone to text the group chat goodnight, then i go to text y/n
clay : hey! u fell asleep in the middle of our group hug so we just left and let u sleep, goodnight :)
and i start smiling thinking of her little arms wrapped around me 'what the- why do i feel- no thats stupid i cant.'
~y/n pov~
i wake up to hear my notifications going off and i see a text from clay 'oh sh- i fell asleep while- ugh' i text back
y/n: omg i'm so sorry i didn't realize i was that tired!
'crap that's so embarrassing' i think to myself, i look at my phone to see it's only 4 AM so i check to see if "n/n for karl" has texted anything. he hasn't, so i decided to text him
y/n: hey! sorry for not being able to text much i've been with my friends a lot and getting back into the routine of school but i'll talk more when i'm all good, pretty sleepy so goodnight :)
i see clay has texted back
clay: no worries, i understand how it feels haha
before i can respond my eyelids just feel heavy and i wake up the next morning 'i must've fallen asleep hm'
*time skip to the next weekend*
